It’s funny how noone adresses me , but always the op… op do this , op do that… you bet you’re loosing testosterone, you don’t understand testosterone was found naturally occuring in grains, and that you most likely have lots of DHT in your meat.
Now you want to loose your hair and shrink your balls ? Not my problem, but don’t come whining at me when the testosterone nation points a finger at you and says look he’s aging and his oestrogen levels are spiking !
ha whatta rhyme !
Namase !
or you could fix up your diet to reduce the enzyme that produces DHT from testosterone
It’s funny Cyph that you always say, nothing, you black op wannabe.
It’s ironic that in the message I posted before you I talk about exactly this, you like to think you can judge people’s mind but it seems to fail miserably, I’m so interesting that I have ops pre-reading my messages and editing them before they are posted, beat that !
you think we don’t know that most meat is full of hormones and other toxic crap ? the point is that even considering all those negatives meat (or fish) is still superior to plant/grain sources for building muscle
and i’m curious if this anti-meat and anti-fat stance is so great why is the vast majority of western society obese ?

Until they stop using questionnaires to conduct their studies and get actual lab findings the sources don’t mean squat. Not one of them propose what the causal link actually is and simply use red meat in general. The results are very tentative.
The studies were also done in America and on questionable health individuals. All of the questionnaires sent out by the NIH-AARP were received by 50-70 year olds. Live that long and your chances of ANY type of cancer will be up there, no matter if you ate beans or beef. Correlation does not equal causation.
Game over, man. Game over.
True enough. I would imagine most consumers of NON-lean red meats would likely benefit by a corresponding decrease in the intake of saturated animal fat.
Haven’t you ever been surprised as how scarce the info about grains is ? [Thats because they make 4 times as much money breaking them up and selling us the parts than to feed us the whole grain !]
The answer is no, I’m not surprised because I’ve never actively searched out the information. All I have is your word to go on for now that what you say is true.
Yet we aren’t natural ruminants, and that fermentation is unnatural. And anything unnatural is bad, according to the new-ageist.
When is it OK to be unnatural? Whenever the ends please the ethical vegan.
Of course that article dosen’t talk about grains, but it tells how different plant organs have different phytos, and logically the seed organ has seed hormones, thats means pollen and graisn fellas.
And oh yes it might be small amounts of free testosterone, but that dosen’t mean big amounts of very stimulating phytoandrogens, and also things like IC3 and also avenosides (in oats) for example which liberate free testosterone and make you even better, its the same with beans and they contains a host on non-essential amino acids too !

Lean meat does the same thing in a different way. There is no difference here.
[That’s just speculation on your part.]
They have twice the lifespan? Really? What a load of shit you just pulled out your ass buddy. Cheetahs actually live as long or longer than gazelle. Lions do as well.
It all comes back to atlantis, we wanted to defy nature ? Now science tells us we were wrong, and we hopes to use it to prove ourselves, thats irony my brothers.
Namase !
Yet you use unnatural means of fermentation to achieve your “full health” bullshit. Eat meat and save yourself the trouble.
Yeah right, I have the last word as of yet, show me the science boys !
Unnatural, no wonder why you have such a fixation upon shit and things that come out of my ass, it’s because it smells so good !
ROFL
Every vegetable has the bacteria needed to ferment in your very long intestine which is made exactly for this, brocolli for example is an excellent source of acidophillus.
Now since it makes you all so uncomfortable and I’m psychically aquainted with your verbal expression, oh I’m going to have fun in my dreams tonight :
you guys are giving me laughter therapy with your silly comments such as : Mice don’t live longer than Lions… HA HA HA HA HA ok I’m exagerating, but have you even bothered to look how the inside of a lion is made ? Thats even more laughable ! I talked about it, and yet you ignore the facts, I’m not even sure you remember that part since your so indoctrinated with your preferantism.
Thanks for giving me reason and I know LOTS of people are following this thread.
Western society is obese because it’s diabetic and it eats too much refined sugars… even kids in school know that. It’s like the previous comment : Then take enzyme blockers to fix the DHT problems, oh man that means either : lots of grain or grain extracts, or drugs like finasteride. So funny, like EVERYONE don’t know about it and its side effects !
You’re too late guys, this is not the information age and silence is consent, I’m just being nice so you don’t look too much like noob fools.
This is the beginner section but the board is not mostly people who go like : Uh we evolved on meat, yeh caveman is the start of it all.
People are intelligent these days !
Meat is better for building muscle ?
SHOW ! ME ! THE ! SCIENCE !
It’s not a command btw… do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law ? Isn’t that how you think ?

Science? What more science do you want? Name a single succesfull bodybouilder that supports himself on a vegetarian diet. What more proof than that are you looking for? And I’m obviously talking about pro-bodybuilders, you know the ones that eat all that dead animal meat and slowly turns into a beast. Hey you can stay a vegetarian for all we care your actually doing us a favor by leaving us all those animals to devour with our CANINE TEETH.
Screw scientific arguments about how we can or can’t eat meat. Use logic here. Most people eat meat every day, and vegetarians don’t tend to live longer then us with a balanced diet including meat. Therefore meat is not bad.
NOTE: I’M OBVIOUSLY EXCLUDING MCDONALDS-LIKE HAMBURGERS AND ANYTHING ELSE HIGH IN SATURATED FATS. IT’S NOT MEATS FAULT PEOPLE GET HEART DISEASE IT’S THE PEOPLE WHO CONSUME MEAT IN A UNHEALTHY WAY.
Haha yeah , and thats VEGAN, and I never said whey, crustaceans and even small fishies are bad, even morally. You didn’t even bother to read the posts and the very litterate articles that were posted !
You’re only puffing up my virtual ego !!!
You said name a single…
VEGAN Bodybuilders :
Kenneth Williams
Carl Lewis, the runner, won more than ten Olympic gold medals. Lewis says that he had his best performance as an athlete after he adopted a vegan diet.
Andreas Cahling is also vegan.
Ditto for former Mr. USA and Mr. America, Jim Morris. Morris, now 72, who is still buff as ever and who still swears by his vegan diet.
Ruth Heidrich, a vegan Ironman triathlete and marathon runner has racked up more than 700 first-place trophies and set several performance records. She was also named One of the 10 Fittest Women in North America.
Vegetarian ?
Brendan Brazier, Ironman Triathlete
Edwin Moses, Olympic Champion
Leroy Burrell, Olympic Champion
Murray Rose, Olympic Swimmer
Pat Reeves, Power Lifter
Bill Manetti, Powerlifting Champion
Al Beckles (body builder)
Cory Everson (bodybuilder, Ms Olympia 6 times)
Sharon Hounsell (Miss Wales Bodybuilding Champion)
Lindford McFarquar (body builder)
Oh and I just pulled this out in 5 minutes googling, checked some of them and they look pretty fine to me ! Ha ha ha !
“Protein in meat is already made into muscle, you have to break it with your precious enzymes and then take it up again to make it meat. Don’t tell me you didn’t think about that !”
You say that like theirs something wrong with enzymes digesting food.
Well I appreciate well formulated questions, again, please read the thread if you are to participate, I don’t think meat is bad, I just think it’s impossible to shut up non-meat eating friends which is the purpose of this thread !
My opinion is a whole other story, and our moral obligations, and our nature are very complex subjects.
If we can digest it and its the only thing available, why would you refuse it. But if you can choose ?
You obviously do not understand the scientific articles I posted can’t blame you, but why go eat something that make you stink and thats many times harder to digest for the same nutrients that you find in the vegetable kingdom which have their own enzymes with it. Of course you can take supplemental enzymes, but thats besides the point, so I cut this short.
You’ll then realise that if you liver is working hard on those enzymes it will not only give you less for good sex, but it will also gradually change the gene expression of your body.
You are what you eat, so do you want to be a graveyard, or a living tree ?
No pun intended ; I don’t want to seem like I repeat myself but I do eat crustaceans, insects and milk products and eggs too.

He’s a troll. And if he’s not a troll, he’s a lunatic. He can “psychically” pick up on our words, so be careful what you are about to post, because he already knows what you’re going to post.
Also, he has no form at all when it comes to debate. He doesn’t let you know who or what he’s responding to. He brings things from thin air whenever he realizes he’s flailing. Crush them with irrelevants. Make tons of claims and let the other person sort them out. It’s called a “Link Lope” in netspeak I think, and it’s considered rude and the last refuge of a losing debater, and it’s why I choose not to indulge him any more.
Add in the retarded ass grammar which comes from english being his second language, and learned from just about any New-age book he could get his hands on, and you have a recipe for confusion.
