Oh btw… I did not answer your comment for a reason, Cypher. One because I know who you are, two…
A recent product of agriculture which merely has reference in the bible and even earlier in chinese writting supposedly dating 5000 years back… lemme laugh !
And I suppose you think everyone who beleives babylonians were advanced, or that atlantis existed are… ?
Platon was most likely one madman without any clue, right ?
I used to , but as I became sick (yes I was eating all kinds of meat back then and I got sick ; I had to stop and focus more on yoga to keep mind from going dingo.) I had severe mercury toxicity along with scleroderma and systemic mutated candida from eating too much tuna and the dozen amalgam fillings in my mouth most likely.
I am finally getting the upper hand over all this and I will definately start training again but I don’t think I will be lifting again, since I trained with the powerball I see no advantage in tearing my mucles and most middle part of the body can be very well trained even in volume with yoga.
Velocity training seems to produce much more lean muscle and I am stronger right now in iron arm than a guy who has lifted twice the weight I can handle in reps, and has twice the size of my arms.
I’m also looking forward to say goodbye to squats and train the legs with the new adaptor. I find it quite funny that when I give the spinning powerball to a martial trained athlete he can catch the move on both sides equally and feel at ease with the high revolution training, yet when I give it to a lifting trained person, he can only hold it so much and usually can only bring it so high on one side, the other spin being completely jerky, might not be the same for those who did it very intelligently tho, like I seem to see on this forum.
But many people I seen had a professional trainer and should have done it correctly, and they soon forget the powerball exists because it makes them uncomfortable to their stomach.
But I have seen it, some people seem to have it genetically and never forget as they are training that the upper and lower vertebrae have a special symmetrical compression movement which circulates hormones in a rythmic manner in the body. Velocity training does not alter this balance if done on both sides which is definately a no brainer, thus very acessible.
Happily this is text and you don’t have to hear my long winded rambles, yet I’m trying to be honest and let you see where I went so you can understand why I have this very special world view.

In recent years, the health benefits of meat as a regular part of the human diet have come into question. In a large-scale study, the consumption of red meat over a lifetime was found to raise the risk of cancer by 20 to 60 percent, while causing adverse mutations in DNA.
[4] In particular, red meat and processed meat were found to be associated with higher risk of cancers of the lung, esophagus, liver, and colon, among others.
[4] Animal fat is one of the only dietary sources of saturated fat,
[5] which have been linked to various health problems, including heart disease,
[6] bowel cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer,
[7] osteoporosis, and arteriosclerosis.
[8] One famous study, the Nurses’ Health Study, followed about 100,000 female nurses and their eating habits. Nurses who ate the largest amount of animal fat were twice as likely to develop colon cancer as the nurses who ate the least amount of animal fat.[9][10]
…seems to be advocating reduction of the consumption of red and processed meats rather than meat all together.
Indeed, and if you dig a little more you will find that the preferable forms are small fish (those that hang in big bunches) and crustaceans, seems like bird meat has a little bit of controversy going around about it too, and not only from the flu scare.
Even insects are king of nutrition over all higher specie in nutritional content and health benefits. Well don’t go eat any insect there, some will make you hallucinate some like the spanish fly will make you want to hump your chair
That was an exaggeration based on your flawed premise that “if fewer enzymes are involved then the food is better for us.” I took it to it’s logical end and, unlike your name-calling comments, it had a point.
Taking your whole post with all it’s meandering, your point is that we should be ethically inclined to eating grains over meat since there are unfortunate circumstances in the world? Call me selfish but no thanks.
There are no real adverse affects to eating meat, are there? In fact, there was a vegan professor who let his agenda dictate his findings not too long ago. Not the first time and won’t be the last.
Meat is a good source of protein for bodybuilders, powerlifters and figure trainees. Not only for it’s zinc, B12 and creatine abundance but also for the iron. And we all live by the iron.
There are also goals involved with our intake of specific foods. High fat high protein diets are good for weight loss. The mechanics for the fat loss come from our adaptation to eating meats and fats (a vestige from our hunter-gatherer epochs.)

Until they stop using questionnaires to conduct their studies and get actual lab findings the sources don’t mean squat. Not one of them propose what the causal link actually is and simply use red meat in general. The results are very tentative.
The studies were also done in America and on questionable health individuals. All of the questionnaires sent out by the NIH-AARP were received by 50-70 year olds. Live that long and your chances of ANY type of cancer will be up there, no matter if you ate beans or beef. Correlation does not equal causation.

was the fiber intake of all test subjects exactly the same ? because if it wasn’t then these conclusions from the intake of animal fat/protein are meaningless
It’s funny how noone adresses me , but always the op… op do this , op do that… you bet you’re loosing testosterone, you don’t understand testosterone was found naturally occuring in grains, and that you most likely have lots of DHT in your meat.
Now you want to loose your hair and shrink your balls ? Not my problem, but don’t come whining at me when the testosterone nation points a finger at you and says look he’s aging and his oestrogen levels are spiking !

Namase !
get out troll
Aww come on, let the troll stay! He is a skillful adept of churning out unwieldy mazes of words which confound and amuse me with their new-age profundity!
Now thats what I’m talking about, you want a testosterone nation ? It will have to be eating seeds, and lots of em… yes those seeds who you laugh so much to the people eating them at… syntax ?

Churning of the milky way, now thats fun !

Interesting article. I’m amazed you actually came back with something this time! It’s too bad that most of the plants tested for that study weren’t very edible. Corn leaves have the highest amount of progesterone. Effective? I doubt it. We’d have to munch on millions of mustard seeds a day to see any real effects.

I’m not against grains. I love quinoa. I love black beans. So no - I don’t have a fucking clue that proteins are found in grains.
My hair is fine, and my balls are firing on all cylinders, but thanks for your concern. After a 40 year love affair with bloody, nearly raw animal flesh, I highly doubt I will be swayed to a vegan lifestyle by a yoga-loving troll.

Yeah, I tried raw food…I tried sprouts, and sprouted uncooked ‘bread’. I tried everything - it only made me sicker.
Then you definately had a case of systemic Candida, or a mutated kind at that. Live food does not make you sick, but it might not heal you miraculously.
Candida will feed on pretty much anything exept what they put in meat, which is to make sure they kill everything in there. Thats a sad truth people are completely cleared of this mushroom because the more I study into it and it’s seven genetic mutation capabilities, more I’m thinking that its one intelligent thing to have inside us, in it’s friendly stage balanced by bacteria that is.
If you persisted and found the miracles of clay baths, specific enzyme supplements containing alot of cellulase and hemicellulase (which is what the mutated candida cell wall is made out of) and then mega-dose probiotics (topically as well) to make sure every part of your epithelial system (where bacteria occur) is colonized, you would have healed without killing the candida.
Live grain is makign me healthier than ever, and I crave it every morning and night. I don’t eat meat, and I just removed my amalgams and realised I had systemic candida too, of course I was feeding it, it’s all round and round, and round.
I’m healing beautifully now, and from within, finally. 5 years fighting a fella who just asked to be heard.
Anyways thats too controversial.
Morgellons !!! heheh
Namase !
I did candida cleanses, bentonite, candida diet, etc. All of it just made me weaker. I waited out the supposed ‘candida die off’ too. Nothing. I’ve tried the cellulase enzymes for Candida, Threelac, Garden of Life homeostatic soil organisms, etc.
My body doesn’t digest plant matter as well as it digests animal protein.
There is 5 modalities to re-pent the mind to the friendly time-space continuum that will benefit the mychorizea intelligence in its goal of organo-metallic balance so you can become the hyper-testorstrones sexed and blissful music tree of life you know you can evolve into with the homeostasis you exeperienced and guided you to try all these things not to fight our little fella who’s touted to be one of the most intelligent life forms on earth.
Oxygen saturated body
Nitric Oxide in the ambitios manner
Testosterone as a balance of grain (anti-oxidants, I3C and other stuffs which balance and prevent DHT)
Haven’t you ever been surprised as how scarce the info about grains is ? Thats because they make 4 times as much money breaking them up and selling us the parts than to feed us the whole grain !
Never found suspicious the fact that they ENRICH flour ? Haven’t you always been suspicious when you read some program which said : I will ENRICH you ? Why do they enrich ? because they steal, they hypnose, and you know anyways…
There is about everything in grain that a body needs to survive, not per-se but after fermentation in the guts with live bacteria much like KEFIR it will produce pretty much anything you need. Of course that article dosen’t talk about grains, but it tells how different plant organs have different phytos, and logically the seed organ has seed hormones, thats means pollen and graisn fellas.
And oh yes it might be small amounts of free testosterone, but that dosen’t mean big amounts of very stimulating phytoandrogens, and also things like IC3 and also avenosides (in oats) for example which liberate free testosterone and make you even better, its the same with beans and they contains a host on non-essential amino acids too !
Granted it’s 10-20 % proteins only, but the goal is balance, and variety, you can see that well if you google VEGAN bodybuilders, you will see that some of them are ironmans, olympic legends, and plain mass bodybuilders whom I am sure have 3 times the stamina of people eating predominantly meat.
Haven’t you ever wondered why vegetarian animals have twice the life span of carnivorous ones ? Now go compare your teeth with carnivorous animals, have you noticed they can simply not grind their teeth like you know you can to pulverize those healthy grains ?
It all comes back to atlantis, we wanted to defy nature ? Now science tells us we were wrong, and we hopes to use it to prove ourselves, thats irony my brothers.
