Before I start in earnest, two questions: would posting some earlier stages of my current training be good? and is this one post meant to go on and on, perhaps for months, to post on progress/changes, etc?
Sure, if it helps you analyze why your progress has improved/stalled/regressed. It’s your log, so do whatever you want!
Yes, it can go on for as long as you want it to and contain whatever information you want it to. Whether that be diet, training, life events, PR’s, thoughts or hopes and dreams.
I do recommend taking pictures (face blurred, if you wish) of your current physique so you can look back on them as you’ve progressed. If you don’t wish to post them, you should at least take them for yourself. (no flexing, and try for consistent lighting and posture).
