Meet is on march 17th. I feel like I could have trained harder for this meet. So my numbers will most likely be around the same as last time. Which is just sad. After this meet I need to pull my head out of my ass and get In gear. Nationals are not that far away. I need to be ready…

Benched tonight. It was the last heavy bench before the meet. Hit 420x2, then did a burnout set of 275x 20. Besides that I did pushdowns. As for food… Made a huge salad, two beef patties with cheese. And a whey shake. That was dinner.
Deadlifted last friday. pulled 606. then went for 650. couldn’t get it. Was disappointed. But I hadn’t been doing any legs for months. Looks like ill be breaking even on this meet. After this meet, i need to be more consistent. My numbers should be allot higher.
Just a small part of the journey. Keep pushing forward.
Did opening bench last night. Easy 415. Only thing left is my opening deadlift tommorow. Then a week of rest.
