From fat ass to badass

Got MRI, reevaluation of the knee is tmmrw. Diet was going great untill the holidays. Back on track now. Training is good, more of a bodybuilding style for a month or two. Weight is at 340.

So the doc said I have cracked cartilage under my knee cap. He also said there was no way to fix it. What bullshit is that? it’s 2012 and they can’t fix cracked cartilage on my knee? Thinking of getting a 2nd opinion. He did say my tendon is verythick and that I can squat. So maybe I just have to deal with the pain. Idk

Squatted 500x3. Then did some abs. Ate chicken for dinner. Knee hurts, took some Advil. Going to buy some glucosamine and shark cartalige. See if that helps along with my fish oil

Did biceps, and and cardio tonight.
Biceps
Cable curls
Fat bar curls
Hammer curls
All 3 sets of 10
Abs just crunches
Then 15 minutes of eliptocal and 10 minutes of incline treadmill.

Benched tonight, or yesterday I guess. ( wensday.
Ended up doing 405 for a easy single then 315x 16. Besides that I did triceps
And 20 minutes on the treadmill.

Just got finished with gym. Did shoulders and lats. Ended with 30 mins on the treadmill. Even when walking on that thing if it’s inclined is a BITCH and a half lol. Now I must find some food. Before I wither away :wink:

Moday I did squats went up to 540 for a fairly easy single. Yesterday I did biceps and cardio. Tonight is bench.

Did squats last night. It’s a De load week. Did 400x5 for 2 sets. Tonight I have abs, biceps and cardio.
