Are you logging your food in a tracker? I would like to see your macros.
How frequently are you “weighing in”
Or is this more a general clean up the diet type of thing?
Well thank you Hallowed Its More of a general clean up really. I mean if you think it would help. Im willing to give it a try. Where can I find a tracker? Is there a website? The scale at my gym is broke and the home one only goes to 330 go figure :/
I like fitday.
you can enter custom foods which I use alot. One thing about it is I tend to eat the same things repeatedly when I’m on program. Looks like you kinda do the same. I think logging for a nice solid week is SUPER HELPFUL. Lets you see what you’re really eating and usually gives a good idea of easy changes that can be made.
As far as weighing its not THAT big a deal except you ARE losing weight and its nice to see progress getting made. You’re a dude so really a waist measurement can do something similar for you. Take one now and make a note of it. Then take one once a week. Feels good to see that number going down! Ha, your first big weightloss marker will be they day you don’t weigh ERR (lol)

yes, I find it easier to just make a pattern of the same foods. I will check fitday out. I appreciate the advice, ill do a measurement. may not post it, out of embarrassment! haha yes, as soon as the scale can actually read my weight. I will be happy. the gym scale is a bit off. but it said 345. as of last week. So that means about fifteen pounds more, until my home scale works.

Looking swole man. Seriously you don’t look as bad as you think. Pretty epic beard/tat combo as well …
Thanks spar, much appreciated man. had a full one but I shaved it. Think I lost 50 lbs on my total! Haha.
Lifting is going well. Started squatting again. Got up to 400 for 5. No big deal, but felt nice. Visited lindenwood college last week. They have a olympic weight lifting team. They are heavily recruiting. I have a chance to get a full scholarship from them. So i am looking into that. I told them i have never done oly lifting. But they don’t care, its pretty sweet.
And gosh how old are you? Choosing colleges? Full ride posibility? Thats kinda epic man.
The world is yours. Kill it.
I agree. I creep at your posts on this board all the time and think you’re hella strong/cool.
Plus, I like the title of your log.
Much appreciated man. Lol, yeah the title fits for the fat part. Hoping to get the badass part down someday.
Box squatted tonight went up to 450 x3 then did a burnout set 300x10. Besides that just leg extensions and calves! Ha. Felt great! Have a meeting with the Olympic coach tomorrow. So I’m hoping that goes well. Diet is decent, made a awesome chicken parmesan tonight. So damn good.
The tour at the college was great. First I met with the olympic coach. They are the only college oly team in the country. So its just like if i played football. All travel, room, food and competition cost are paid for. So thats really cool. They also have the top guy from Brazil who goes to college there Fernando Reis I believe. He thought it was great that I powerlifted. Said it was a good base. All i need now is technique. Also i met with the vocal lady. I am auditioning for a vocal scholarship in a couple weeks. So all in all things are going well. The only thing that may hold me back are my damn transcripts. if they arnt good enough I will do community college. Then attend Lindenwood in the Fall.

Here is an unnecesarily deep COURAGE WOLF.
Haha thanks hallowed, btw avi is just amazing.
So I will have to wait until fall to start college. Have to do community college first. Oh well it is what it is. For the next 5 or so months I will be working, training, and going to school.
It’s been so long since I posted on here! Just been busy. Training is going well, getting ready for meet in march. Finally started squatting. Hit 500 for a easy single tonight. All is well
