Fractured Big Toe-Temporary Split

I fracture my big toe today pretty badly. It is in an air cast and all. I need to try and pick a temporary split.

I was thinking either

Shoulders/triceps

Back/ rear delts

Chest biceps

or Thibs’ 20 pounds of hollywood muscle program with very little lower body work.

Also, how can I keep my lower body in condition??

Im having the same problem. Fractured my ankle a week ago and im in a cast for the next 6 weeks. i have been trying to come up with a new split

currently im trying
Sun - DE bench
Mon - Lats and upper back
Wed - ME bench
Thu - Lats and upper back

If anybody has suggestions on some lower body or conditioning work i could do that would be great.

James Smith has am article on trainig the dip and the pull-up with the westside wethod. You may be able to get some ideas from that.
