I play football and lift. While I get no pain whatsoever when pressing, my elbows and forearms (brachioradialis mostly) start to hurt when I’m pushing other guys on the field. It’s not the kind of pain you get with tendonitis - it’s a hard to pinpoint aching discomfort of the general elbow area.It goes away on its own within 2-3 days and it’s not aggravated by even heavy lifting, only by fast, dynamic movements of the arm, like throwing or punching. I asked around my line buddies and nobody knew what I was talking about. Anyone has any idea what could it be?
