Foods for Growing Taller?

diamonds u say, and no xplode…im off to look for my wedding ring and chug some no xplode for good measure. hopefully ill be 5’5 in the morning…

Agree with the gang (although the rude comments are NOT wanted), not a huge amount you can add to your height at this late stage. Shit, I remember being 20 and chugging down gallons and gallons of chocolate milk hoping I’d get another inch, so I know where you’re coming from.

That’s probably your best bet now, remember your body needs calcium not only to lengthen bones but maintain their strength. It’s a long shot at this stage, but if I were you I’d load up like crazy on Calcium (make sure you take half as much Magnesium with it), and get tons of rest. Plentiful sleep is most important at this time in your life, but it never stops being a big asset.

From an exercise point of view, keep the muscles in your lower back strong, and you WILL be a bit taller than if they are weak. Back then, long before I realised the value of compound lifts, I used to do this movment where you lie on an apparatus about 4ft off the ground, face down, your upper body unsupported, then you bend at the hip and raise yourself up again. I got to the point where I was doing it with a 20Kg disk and nothing heavier was available, so I forgot it.

I can’t for the life of me remember the name of the movement, I’m sure some clever sod here will pipe up with it, but it definitely stretched my back somewhat.

Bear in mind though, your body still has large quantities of Test sloshing around in it, you should be able slam on some insane amounts of mass compared to us old fogies!!

Good luck,

JB

Thanks, Im not desperate for it, more curious. Oh well, lots of sleep and milk it is. Thank you!
