My insulin syringes are measured in iu. 50 iu equals a 1/2cc. How many mcgs is in a iu and do you use the same needle for bi lateral injections?
If you reconstitute 1000mcg with 2ccs and are using 50iu 1/2cc pins then each unit would be 5mcg. I would not use the same pin for bilateral injections. Aside from sanitary reasons it may be very dull by the time you inject the other side.
The second run at higher doses during cycle was noticeably less effective than the first. My thoughts are that I need more time off for satelitte cells to reproduce. I will not run IGF again until I have had a full year off. Hopefully then the results will again compare to my first run.

Finally decided to use IGF-1 for the first time and I want everything planned well before I begin. I will inject 50mcg in both left and right muscles post workout into worked muscle groups (biceps, triceps, shoulders, quads, and traps) 5 days a week for 4 weeks.
Questions-
does the previously mentioned protocol sound up to par?
does the injection need to be IM or will subQ be alright?
I am currently finishing off a 12 week test e/ EQ cycle. Should I wait until PCT is all done to begin IGF-1?
What kind of results can be expected with first run at the above dosages? Trust me the diet and training are solid.
Hey, 2the - BUMP!
I was wondering, all this time after this cycle - did you notice any better results/gains possibly due to your use of IGF/MGF?
