Yeah, there was a definite loss in tightness. I don’t see the head falling forward though, are you talking about as I come out of the hole? I pack my neck back as I come up, I feel like it keeps everything neutral - I don’t find throwing my head back comfortable.
I think a big issue is my elbows sticking out backwards, and that makes keeping my chest up more difficult.

Haven’t been really feeling the front squats lately, but I’ll take you up on the incline and weighted pull-ups.

Here’s some recent numbers:
Incline bench: 5 x 205lbs
Pullups (dead hang): 5 x BW + 50lbs (@193lbs BW)

120kg bench, could do with looking prettier, but a milestone I’ve had my eye on for a while

bench is 260 touch and go and deadlift 425 now
I pulled some singles at 405 a couple weeks ago, so I should be due for a new deadlift PR soon. 455 will feel good

Today hit Front Squats, hitting 255x2, and than Sumo Pulled 415x2 afterwards. Creeping up.

Hit 225 for 2 on Bench after 4 working sets beforehand.

Also Squatted 300x10

Benched 245 the other day. Gained around 8 pounds. Thought I’d share with my fellow internet friends.

Hope it’s not too late to join in, funny enough these were my aims that I set myself for the end of 2014 anyway! Except for the deadlift which I want to be considerably higher, atm I’m on: 145:120:215:75kg (319:264:473:165lbs)

Lol I think I just found a decent ‘groove’ with Squatting that I haven’t been able to on other lifts.

Today, I did go in and pull a 445 Conventional DL. Was happy considering I haven’t had any carbs in about 3 days, pretty sleep deprived. plus it felt awkward, seeing as I’ve been pulling Sumo last 5-6 weeks lol.

Last time I lost 425 right at lockout I think, so PR!

Eight days out from meet. Weight fluctuated between 74kg and 75kg (74kg class two hour weigh in).

Squatted 145kg for 5x5 on Monday, and 152.5 for 4 sets of 3 Thursday. Really confident to get that 170kg…

I’ll work up to a heavy single for the bench/squat early next week and do a few back offs. Then it’s just resting up while I keep replaying images in my head of taking clean and easy lifts so I step on the platform without a shred of doubt.
