Definitely. Are you in fact natty? I would consider making the bet even if you aren’t, but since ‘natty’ is in the thread title, I’m sort of assuming this is part of the criteria.
And yes I am, only back in the gym 3 months; gave it up for a few years to focus on career.

Bet’s on then! Worst case scenario: you finish the year with some beastly lifts and show a ton of people what can really be done in a year, and I’m out 60 bucks. I can live with that.

Sorry Maazer, more work for you: my lifts are in the wrong order.

Should be:

125/120/190/60x5

Pulled 190kg for 3 for a 2 rep PR. Got ugly on the second two reps, bar was too far forward at the setup.

Sorry, saw nothing but that chick gettin low in the background.
^^^^ This
It’s ok, whenever you pop up in a thread I never see anything but your avatar
When I think a thread needs a good gif I pop in and then disappear once I think my presence has been known to quietly lurk through the forums

Like Derek, but with skinny attractive women

Ugghhh

Doubled my food intake today: I feel urgh - 01.30am and I’m still stuffed !

More liquid nutrition I think going forward !

200kg deadlift for 125/120/200/60x5

Sorry the video is sideways. Tried messing about with it in VLC but no joy. Will use camera instead of phone next time.

Squatted 175kg x 1 on a Joker set, but video didn’t work and I wasn’t sure about depth, so I did it again.

Then got a 127.5kg front squat for a small 2.5kg PR

Oh, and yesterday I pressed 66.25kg

This last week managed a 125kg bench, 137.5kg decline press and a 170kg squat. Eyes on the prize!!

Deadlifted 190kg beltless (5kg PR), then belted up and got 200kg for a 10kg PR. Also default PR on deficit pulls, 140kg for 3 sets of 5

I’ll play along, even though I don’t post much.

5’9", 190 lbs, 12ish% bf

Squat: 365 lbs
Bench: 355 lbs
Deadlift: 415 lbs
Military Press (Seated): 215 lbs

All of these were done back in October. I got a nice 2" long, 0.5" deep stab wound on my forearm from a piece of glass around then, just now starting to be able to lift heavy again.

Current: 365/355/415/215
Year End Goals: 415/415/505/285

Funny related story. Last week, I joined a second gym, as that’s pretty much my life - work and gym. Wanted to hit better deadlift for over a year now, so I figured I’d do more with a specific goal in mind. This thread was a happy coincidence. I signed up for the orientation at the new place, because, free education, right?

So I guess I have to take it as a compliment when the owners and trainers questioned why I was in a orientation with beginners, and I had to explain that I never had anyone but bros and other gym rats train with me or show me how to do anything. Owner tells me afterwards “You need to be on a program”. We do a quick look at my injured shoulder and arm, (extremely limited) range of motion and mobility, and it turns out I have no idea what I’m doing, I just like training. You’d all probably agree - 10-20 working sets of variations of overhead presses, deadlifts, squats, benches (separate days on a bodypart split), plus warmup sets and accessory work - for over a decade, with some breaks due to life.

Recommendation was to regain mobility, etc, and then work my way back up. I know this is the smart thing to do, just the least fun…

Jlabs is angry he didn’t get the invite. Steps in the ring* I’m coming bitches!!!
Stats 5’11 ,170 pounds
Dead=415,squat=345=bench 235, ohp= 150
I will hit the squat first, then overhead, then dead and my bench has no hope lol. I will bust my ass though. I mean this is the order I will try to get these goals. Not that I intend to win any awards or hurt any ones feelings!

I finally broke that god damn annoying 225 bench level with 2x a week Layers methods by CT. Give it a look. I was very happy all around with the progress I saw in about 4mos.

Got a 130kg front squat today, and 105kg bench for a triple yesterday

You can update me as:

170k/125k/190k/80k - Squat/Bench/Dead/M Press

Vids are in my log for those wanting proof of progress.

I’m going for some heavy singles later this week and next. Will update

Worked up to a 175kg squat last night, may have had 180kg in me at a push but i was happy with a 5kg PB. Feeling it today though big time. 10kg’s off on BP and DL and 5kg off on Squat. No idea on military press as I havnt been training it but push pressed 80 for 5 pretty easy after my last bench session.

Currently: 175/130/210/n/a

Squatted 160kg for a triple after main 531 sets.

Maxing out on some lifts next week.

Only thing I can post in here is the beard!
