IN FOR THIS!!!
150/110/165 @ 77 kgs tested 12/29/2913
I’m also canceling my gym membership and will be training in my tiny studio apartment with the equipment I have…will make for an interesting year. Have squatted 167.5 for depth last year so once I sort some shit out I’m hoping for steady progress on the squat.
Seems like I’m in the right place, experience-wise.
Squat: 170kg
Bench (TnG): 115kg
Deadlift: 220kg in meet (IPF)
Press: 140lbs x 7 strict, 90kg push press
Squat: 160kg
Bench 120kg
Deadlift: 200kg
Mill press 70kg
I’m a 6 foot 5 skinny fucker, REALLY want the squat but squatting and I have never been friends, takes me marathon efforts to gain a couple of kilos on it deadlift I feel like I will manage.
In, plus this may stop me being such a lurker, before xmass I pulled 175x9 with one in the tank but haven’t deadlifted since, I know I know.
I’ll probably be using ‘strong 15’ from Paul carter at lift run bang for sq-b-DL and seeing how it goes with mill press. Doing a bastardised version of OLAD, basically I started it a while ago and have been adding/subtracting as I go.
Good luck everyone.

Hit 135kg decline press last night. Most ive ever pressed in my life, wasnt too much of a grinder either. Now my tendonitis seems to be nearly completely gone I can finally start creeping up on that 140 bench!
Always curious about using the term annual with first, is it wrong to say first annual?

I’m 6’4" and have the same problem. I find it more rewarding to focus on increasing the reps rather than focusing on the 1RM, feels like less of a slog.

More guys than you’d think are FA Curious. Try it out in a safe, judgement free environment like the T-Nation Forums. Maybe you won’t like it and you can forget about it, or maybe you’ll become simply FAbulous.

Some people get upset when the first annual occurrence of some event is announced, arguing that it does not become annual until its been repeated. But first annual simply means the first of what is planned to be an annual series of events it is a fine expression.

Just when i was thinking about a cut…
Alright im in for this-
ThePitbull86. 235/305/365/135 (lbs)
Hopefully my first child (due in April) wont derail me too bad. Im 182lbs 5’11" around 15%bf for whatever thats worth, all my current maxes are with no assistance except chalk on the deads.
Why not get in on the action? Can’t go heavy on the squat and deadlift, due to osteochondrosis in my hip, but here are the goals.
Bench press - 335x3, current 305x3
Squat - 275, current 235
Dead - 365, current 335
OHP - 225, current 175
Pullups - 50 consecutive, current 37
5’6.5" 149, maintain same weight.
I honestly love you guys
Damn, the field is growing rapidly…

I don’t ever max anymore due to risk of injury.
Bench - 465 x 7 Goal - 495 x 10
Squat - 495 x 10 Goal - 585 x 10 (Moved away from heavy squatting due to my knees feeling like an old ass man)
Dead - 655 x 10 Goal - 700 x 10 (deadlift has always been my easiest lift I fucking love doing them. I think the longer arm combination plus my relatively short height gives me about the perfect build for them)
OHP 315 x 10 Goal - 405 x 10 (this may never happen due to them giving my shoulders hell)[/quote]
Just for a real challenge, I’ll aim to get my 1RM to your 10 hahaha.
KG’s
Bench: 1201 - require 2251
Squat: 1801 - require 2651
Dead: 2001 - require 3201
Push Press: 1001 - require 1851
That’s gonna be quite the feat if I pull this off… so see you end of year with video’s

105kg pr on PushPress today… Little by little !
