Filling Out Saggy Skin?

So I just recently lost a lot of weight. I’de say about a year ago I lost a good 20-30 pounds of fat because i got a lot taller. Unforutantley, I have saggy skin in places like under my arms, on my pecs pretty munch only there, and well ofcourse my stomach. So I was wondering is there anyway i can fill this out? Should i just keep on lifting and eventually the saggyness will just become filled of muscle? Or What?

I wouldn’t call 20-30 pounds “a lot”. I also don’t know how you can lose weight when you grow, i usually gained weight during the process.

Regardless, the skin will most likely tighten itself again if not stretched for longer periods of time, but this will take a while.

And yes, you should “keep on lifting”.

First of all, you probably didn’t lose fat, just you grew and now it just evened out. But you should never ask the question “Should i just keep lifting”. The answer is always yes.
