Lately I really enjoy doing rear delt laterals laying prone on an incline bench, holding my thumbs angled down, and keeping the ROM limited to the middle portion of the movement. Not that it’s a huge bang for your buck exercise, but it just looks so cool in the mirror seeing all three delt heads

champagne’s: 7 sets at the end of chest day to burn it out/pump it up 7x 30 seconds rest between sets 8-12 rep, or failure is good if you fail prior to 12 reps.
not a super heavy movement, increasing the weight trends to put the movement into the triceps whereby you want to squeeze and keep it a chest exercise.
I’d go with glute ham raises. I’ve just recently figured out how to do them in my gym, and they’re pretty damn awesome.
