Your favourite exercise

Just wondering what´s everybodys favourite exercise. Something you like to keep in your program all the time and/or consider very importantant and/or just enjoy doing for whatever reason. Mine is snatch deadlift because of the effect it has on my posture. List two or three if it´s too hard to pick just one.

Dip! Overlooked by most people but I think of it as an upper body squat.

Squats and deads. Moving the most iron is a big boost.

CLEAN AND PRESS AND SQUAT…FIRST PERFORM A CLEAN, THEN PRESS THE WEIGHT OVER YOUR HEAD, THEN WHILE HOLDING THE WEIGHT IN THE UP PRESS POSITION PERFORM A SQUAT. TALK ABOUT A CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM SHOCKER!

Note from Mod: There’s no need to scream. Kill the caps please.

Shouldering a keg full of water.

Along with ft and back squats and Push press and power cleans/snatches. I think the one exercise I like the most is the Power Clean/Front Squat/Push Press/Squat/Push Press complex. Fun Fun Fun

One-Arm Barbell Snatch. The range of pull is great. Keepin’ it light at 65lbs for 4 reps.

I love Kettlebell or dumbbell snatches and clean and presses. Great full body exercises and great cardio when done in high repetitions. I also like to do bridging everyday.

sumo deadlift, t-bar row, front squats with my heels elevated

-Flat bench dumbell flys-my #1 chest developer.
-Dumbell lateral raises-gotta love the cap it gives.

squat , bench , militarry , bent of bar rows , dumb bell rows

My favorites must be preacher bench curls and triceps cable pressdowns… can’t wait to get on the preacher bench tomorrow morning
(and yes I’m new to this forum, “Howdy!”)

Anders, Welcome to t-mag. NycMan

I love the seated row as I have been working on maxing out the same as my bench per Ian Kings suggestion.

saxon side bends

It tends to change for me quite often but for the majority of the past year or so I’ve favored partial deadlifts in the power rack from mid-shin level.

Deads.

No one yet nas mentioned barball curls in the squat rack? Curious. If I had to choose, right now I have been groovin’ with the power clean. I do no “isolation” exercises of any kind, (isolation exercise, another disussion) so I favor the new ones I introduce as well as maintaining a love for my staples. Got discouraged from one arm barbell snatches by gym owner…safety issue. Do them at home now

Dips and stiff-legged deadlifts

Actually the pelvic thrust is my all-time favorite
