My shoulders started bothering me from Benching. So I’m going
to go back to Inclines & Push presses.
Push press has always been a strng point for me. And my shoulders
never ache from them. So guess thats what i should be doing.
Okay doing the 5-3-1 Using 365 as a conservative max. Solid workout.
I was dehydrated from a procedure guys over 50 have. Yup that one.
