How many rep of failure do you train for strength not muscle mass?
If one rep accumulate from 1% to 4% of fatigue how much fatigue is generate from set, if first set is done with 5x5 80% with how much precentage the second set starts because of fatigue?
How to know at what precentage to do rep-set scheme for example 10x5 4x6?

Use this chart

50-60% for 10 sets of 5

70-80% for 4 sets of 6
