Fatigue Accumulation

If one rep accumulate from 1% to 4% of fatigue, how many a set accumulates?
Doing 5x5 first set starts at 80% at how much second set starts?
How to know at which precentage to rep-set scheme 10x5 and 4x6?

As soon as you turn your training into Math Homework, you’ll spend more time doing that than actually Training. Whenever someone’s program says ā€œuse 75% 1RMā€, the reps I get never match the program’s.

One Word Answer: Experimentation. Start with something easy and concentrate on Progression from there forward. And experiment with rep ranges above and below your ā€œusualā€ from time to time.

There is no magic formula though for fatigue vs stimulation, and depending on the load and how the set is performed, the type of fatigue varies a lot (from Pcr, through glycogen, through waste products). With multi-sets you have rest periods that let fatigue subside, etc. Stimulation seems to be based on ā€˜tension-time’ so that is the main variable to adjust.
