Rep-Set scheme precentage

Hi,

Does anybody know how determine max doable perecentage of 1RM for given rep/set scheme with consideration of rest time between sets?

Every rep causes fatigue around 2 to 4 precentage of strength.

​Exemple: at 80% 5x5

Rep Weight on Bar Fatigue Relative Weight
1 80% 0% 80%
2 80% 3% 83%
3 80% 6% 86%
4 80% 9% 89%
5 80% 12% 92%

So every set builds fatigue and needs rest time.

80% of 1RM is around 8 reps doing 5x5 that few reps in reserve.
If rest time is 3 minutes, with more sets or reps precentage goes down, at 5x10 ( added reps) or 10x5 (added sets) precentage must be lower to be possibile to do it.
Lower rest time between sets decreasing precentage at what workout can be done.

So my question is at what precentage 10x5 can be done with 1 min rest and 5 min rest?
