Exercises to Help Knee Tracking

After getting back into squats for 6 weeks I started having trouble with my knee caps not tracking properly. I’ve had good luck with stretching and using a foam roller to stretch and massage my outer quads and ITB. I’m wondering if anyone knows some good exercises to strengthen the VMO and help maintain a balance between the muscles around the knee.
