Eric Lilliebridge

This kid a tank and has some incredible lifts for being 18.

I was just wondering what your take on him is and if anyone has seen/met/trained/talked to him. He seems like he could become a successful powerlifter in the future. On YouTube he goes under the name “ericsapimp058”.

Here is a video of his 800lbs deadlift at body weight of 258.

(sorry if it is not a direct link to the video Im new to this posting thing)

Very very strong kid, I’m sure there will be a “he’s a juicer so his lifts don’t count” argument going on here in a matter of hours…so let’s put that to rest, I think the answer is pretty obvious.

But…I would like to see any other <19 year old replicate his lifts.

I’m the same age as him, and I can’t touch him. I’ve seen him squat over 700, bench 500 and pull 800, all raw. Shit, a 2000 raw total is awesome at any age.

His improvements are endless it seems.

Like when he maxes out on bench he will end up doing that same weight with a narrow grip the next week.

His speed off the floor is insane also.

I talk to Eric all the time actually lol
His program is EXTREMELY simple…if you ask he will give his EXACT program to you…it’s so simple he said mots ppl don’t even want to follow it lol.
He also only lifts 3x a week…but cycles the lifts in a regular 4-day fashion.
He’s super nice to talk to…I’ve been talkin to him for a couple years over the net now.
And yes his lifts increase quite a bit.
For deadlift all he does IS deadlifts.
He only does singles, he has never and never does train more than 1 rep for deadlift…and believe it or not he does a lot of leg curls lol. And just very basic.
Bent over rows, maybe some curls.
But of course it’s no joke he trains hard. Simple but not easy.

Aside from that for his bench press he has a “rep day” and here he trains his bench press with pinky’s on the rings…he said it helps him a lot with his bench for his tri’s…and he also does a rep out this day I’m pretty sure where he picks a weight and pretty much just goes to failure with it.

He swithces his bench workouts from his narrow grip and reg. grip…and tests on both of them…I can’t remember how often…but I could find out cause I have TONS of messages from him.
Anyways though…real nice guy, and very helpful.

Also it doesn’t seem like he could be a successful powerlifter…HE IS a successful powerlifter lol
At 19 benching over 500 raw at 260lbs…that’s strong man

Awesome. Does he test whenever he feels strong or is it pre-planned?

I kind of thought it was that simple to be honest. He just hit the strength gene pool jackpot. His dad is strong as shit also.

Yeah haha I should have thought about that a little more before I typed.

DAMN!..That boy’s just country strong.

Most of his PR’s seem to be pre-planned…for deadlifts he uses just a basic pyramid…starts with something low and over an 8 week period will hit a PR.
For bench it seems he makes more PR’s consistently…and goes for a PR it seems every other week. I haven’t msged him in a month or so…but probably will soon and see how’s he’s doin lol. The man is pretty busy, he’s got a lifetime partner and a kid already and he’s only 19. Plus he goes to school…lots of stuff

He messaged me recently saying that he hit a 905 squat in his new briefs he got.

Fucking insane.

Considering that at a BAD meet he came within about a 100 lbs of Carl Yngvar Christenson’s equipped total as a raw lifter I don’t think it’s unreasonable to say that he’s one of, if not the, strongest 18 year olds in the world right now.

Lets not compare him to CYC. There’s one BIG difference.

I don’t personally care about it, but lets be real.

This is true…

IronAbrams.

Your avatar is intense.

Am I missing something painfully obvious, or are my assumptions of what you’re talking about true?

LOL at the video description: “FINALLY in the 800 lb deadlift club.”

Yeah, finally. You’re 18 fucking years old. Gimme a break.

Now I’m confused lol.
