Ok, I am only 16 and I know that if you listen to the labels I am not even supposed to take any of the energy supplements, but when I wake up at 5:20 in the morning, go through school, then jazz band, then track and then finally lifting, I am about all out of energy, which makes my lifting really suffer.
Since there has been so much attention on Spike and Redline and Tight etc. I just became curious as to if anyone thinks that these would be ok for me to try and if you have any other ideas.
have some carbs bro, have a nice dose of carbs and go hit the weights if your not used to eating processed junk and sugar all ther time it’ll give you one heck of a pick me up.
Next, get to sleep earlier quit wasting time watching tv etc lol and get some rest. Your tired now your in highschool. you wont believe it due to the fact your 16 but 10-15 years from now youll dream of these days this schedule, how easy it was in relation
Unless you are obese, you shouldn’t be too anal about how much you eat. At your age if you start lifting heavy and eating a lot of good foods, then you’ll be a monster by 12th grade.
Try eating a lot of healthy carbs and fats for breakfast so that you don’t feel like crap come 6pm.
Try two double sunny side up egg sandwiches with whole grain bread and some fruit. Something like that.

I know what you’re saying dude, I was in your shoes less than a year ago. Plan ahead is what I would say. Eat whatever you can get your hands on, as long as its not total garbage. I try to make my food a day or two in advance. Also, what helped me , during football season especially, was extra carbs. Whether it be a sandwich right after school or a baked potato or whatever, that helped my energy levels stay constant throughout the day.
