Hi, I’m 16, Weigh 11 Stone and currently taking no supplements. I work out 4 times a week and I’m wondering what is the best supplement for me to take, what doses etc?

You don’t need anything other than food. If you really want to burn you or your parent’s hard earned green, pick up some protein powder.
You’re 16, you don’t need supplements unless you need to take zinc for your retardation. No seriously, you should have plenty of Test. cooking up so just eat everything in sight and you’ll get bigger, faster than your friends who are ‘pumped up’ on NO2 and other worthless shit like that.

How much, in pounds, is 11 stone, out of curiosity? Also, how tall are you?
I’m 6ft 1.
11 stone is 154 pounds i think.

At that height and weight, you’d be just fine with fish oil.
Seriously, whole milk. AT LEAST half a gallon per day. It’ll make you gain weight like no other.

you need to eat more calories to allow your body to have the extra energy to build new muscle. It’s hard, but not impossible to gain lots of muscle while not gaining any fat; that’s why people call it “bulking and cutting” you bulk to get big, then cut to get rid of the fat you gained while bulking.
You gotta eat big to get big, supplements are only going to be worth the money once you’re already eating big. If anything I would recommend fish oil and whey protein powder. But seriously, don’t waste your money right now, just eat every 2-3 hours no matter what .

dont we all om the no fat good luck with that and making BIG gains.
I agree fish oil, protein powders, and id even say creatine as for supplements buit AFTER you have nailed a solid diet and training if you cant gais without supps you cant with they are to SUPPLEMENT an all ready solid plan.
As for what fish oils do man to much to write out MORE than enough written here evne reading the Flameout product thread will give a good on reading and then do a search,

you won’t gain too much fat while lifting @ 16 (& at 154 lbs, i don’t think you’re exactly a fatty unless you’re 4’9)
Protein powder + fish oil ftw. eat consistently.
