Yes… 15 years in St Louis city
You owe to offer some advice then!!
Jokes aside, I’d be interested on your point of view or if you have any tips to help.
Don’t do it.
Hmmmm this is a defeatist & submissive opinion, that I’ll make sure to pass ![]()
To blame for what?
Its a parents fault, when their child is a victim of the internet misuse. You mention the effects on kids and im just saying that its their parents fault and only their parents fault.
For example, when a parent throws in front of the child a tablet, just to have the kid to shut up because “they dont have time”, you cant blame the poor kid for growing so attached to the internet world etc
@lizie You should make a training log if you haven’t already
You mean an online one or written?
Cause Im already keeping a notebook with numbers and whatever occured during training that caused something different, good or bad and adjusting accordingly.
Online
what is the philosophy of having it online?
I mean what difference will it make?
im actually at my second week of squeezing running into my program ![]()

I tried your modified program of mine, except i did some quad work at the end, and i liked it, although some of my fav exercises were excluded, cause of the lesser exercises it was easier to focus on whats given,so lets see on this!
You can get real-time feedback from everyone, and having diet/workout numbers available allows more tailored suggestions.
I see… i will give it a thought, but i think the more traditional way suits me most…
You know best what you like and what works.
I don’t have a log here btw, so no skin in the game.
I didnt understand the meaning of this, except your workout as I’m a foreigner so,
No 1) in case its something insulting towards me, Im sorry if i hurt your feelings and you had this urge to offend to feel better ![]()
No 2) in case you mean it for these kiddos with the strange haircuts that annoy people in gyms with their behavior, my point of view is that these kids are dying for right, straight & good male role models, so instead of making fun of them, you can actually make a good deed, because most of them are eager to listen & ask questions. You and other men can actually offer these kids a life changing experience with demonstrating true masculine ways, not discourage them or making fun (awkward a little if you think you are the discouraging type but i have to note that).
If not just ignore, i really cant understand why people can’t offer productive communication or at least if they don’t want to keep their shitty, impolite behaviours to themselves. Its basic manners someone learns from his family and then school. Basics.
It’s only a joke… except we should be able to slap, abuse, and ridicule these broccoli headed teenaged douchebags at will.
Slap Broccoli heads - AMRAP
I thought the joke was funny.
