Well, I am trying to bulk up. Just like any other teenager out there. I am 155/5’11"/Male/15(almost 16). Yea yea, I’m small as heck, but atleast I am doing something about it then complaining all day to others that the reason I am small is because of my genetics. Anyway I know what classes I can eat in now and which ones I can so here it is:
I wouldnt start eating this much immediately. Work your way up to it so your body is used to processing that much food.
Also, on the pre workout, why do you need the half serving of Surge, milk, AND 30 grams of sugar? You do realize that you are taking in 30 grams or so of simple carbs from the milk and half serving of Surge alone, right? I dont think that much sugar would be good preworkout…I tend to crash in the middle of my workouts if I eat anything that has that much sugar in it preworkout. Go with the Surge itself or eat some sort of complex carb that will give a more sustained supply of energy.
Also, youre eating a hell of a lot of fats, exactly how much are you eating per day?
I am currently eating around the 4k range. I recently added more fats, but I totally forgot that whole fat milk has, well fats. I will lay off a lot of the excess fat and get back to you with the macro totals to see if this plan is doable for me.
I’m not certain, but shouldn’t you space out your meals a little more? 4, 5 & 5:40…I think your body will see this as 1 long eating session. I agree about cutting back on the sugar and fat. Just 1 opinion, though.
I also just noticed that your last post was after midnight, early Friday morning. What did you consume between your 9 and then. Are you waking up to eat?
Oh, I am PST time, you must be east coast. Three hour time difference. I may try waking to eat, wouldn’t hurt, and I love eating :-p. I will be updating the eating schedule soon to get out the sugar and such.
And about the 4&5 and 5:40 is there anything wrong with my body thinking its one long eating session? The 4 meal is the post workout, 5 is the window and 5:40 is just extra. After I get workout I am always really hungry so I don’t put much space in-between.
Changes:
Took out sugar,
Took out quart of milk
Took out half an avocado.
Took out Almond butter in 10:00 meal
Took out olive oil in most everything, I will still eat it, but lower it.
Changed 5:40 and 12:15 meal.
Added more greens.
Took out half an avocado.
Took out Almond butter in 10:00 meal
Took out olive oil in most everything, I will still eat it, but lower it.

Why are you taking out or lowering your healthy fats? You need them.
I agree about all the sugar needing to be taken out and even spacing out your meals more. You’re going to be bloated trying to eat every 1-2 hours or less. Every 2-3 hours is fine.

-.- everybody was saying I have too high of a fat intake. Should I lower my milk intake? Switch some of the milk to skim? or not worry about it. Personally I don’t think I’d have to worry about it, but thats me. I’ll go readd the fats lol

I re-added the fats, but I never get the bloated feeling? And the morning meals I can’t really space out or combined. After I workout I can eat like a pig and be hungry in an hour. I would space them out more, but that would mean less sleep, or less calories, and that is not what I am going for. Oh I didn’t mean to be rude if that is what you thought. I was just explaining and I am glad I can get some advice :-).
