That puts me in a happy place…you’ve made my day!

Meal 4

Motherfucking TOGOS

10 inch? sub
Chicken breast with extra meat (6-8oz)
Wheat bread

Man this placed sucked my balls. It pissed me the fuck off, I paid 10 bucks for a shit sucking Subway sandwich. Back in my old stomping grounds the joint was a high-brow Subway. Fresh bread and awesome subs. It was a favorite spot of mine for dinner and a movie dates when I was hungry after dinner and before the movie I would grab us a sub from there. The only similarity is that I paid a whole lot of money.

Leg day!

Breakfast:
1 cup oats
1 scoop Grow! Whey
2 cups 4% milk
1 banana

Peri-WO:
2 cups OJ
2 scoops Surge Workout Fuel
1 scoop Grow! Whey

Lunch:
9 oz. Steak
1 can black beans
1 cup spinnach
1 tblspn EVOO
1 tblspn maple syrup

Dinner:
1 Bernatolli’s Half Pounder Cheeseburger Pizza. Mmmmmmmmm.

4,000kcal for the day.
This pizza is MFin’ good! I felt like having a meal I would enjoy today, and it hit the spot.

Yeah, during the affore mentioned Mexican dinner - I ate my balls off.

Today, things were pretty normal with a tough school day. Classes 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Fortunately, I planned ahead and cooked four lbs of 85% lean ground beef yesterday.

I had eggs, turkey bacon, and oatmeal for breakfast. Handfull of spinach

A granola bar and a protein bar around 9:30 am.

2 hamburgers at 11:30.

Worked out between classes.

2 scoops whey in water post workout.

1:30 I had two more hamburgers.

3:30 I had a bag of alomnds and another hamburger.

6:30 two chicken patties.

8:00 scoop whey in water and handfull of spinach

1 cup milk
2 cups water
2 tablespoons walnut oil

1 peanut butter sandwich on wheat
What do you think of the walnut oil? There’s a bottle of it on the counter upstairs, but I haven’t tried it yet. Not a huge fan of the flavor of walnuts. Is it strong?

It’s damn strong mate. I put it in my oatmeal and I swear that it tastes like walnut cinnamon oatmeal. I enjoy the flavor and the added benefits so its a double win in my book

here is my diet

meal 1 7:30am: 6 egg whites, 1 scoop whey, 1 cup oats
meal 2 10:00am: 7 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, tablespoon flax oil, 2 oz spinach
meal 3 12:30pm: post workout - 2 scoops whey, 2 scoops waxi maize
meal 4 1:30pm: 6 egg whites, 1 scoop whey, 1 cup oats
meal 5 4:00pm: 7 oz sirloin, 5 oz baked potato, 3 oz green beans
meal 6 6:30pm: 7 oz turkey breast, 5 oz sweet potato, tablespoon flax oil, 2 oz spinach
meal 7 9:00pm: 7 oz chicken, 6 oz green beans
meal 8 11:30pm: 8 egg whites, 1 scoop casien

I see a lot of people have particular times or meals that they eat at each day. I tried that for a long time but I always ended up missing meals. These days I try to space it out but just make sure I get everthing in before bed. I also try to keep it as simple and cheap as I can.

3 chick breasts
6 boild eggs
1 whey shake at breakfast/after gym
1 casien shake before bed
1 Bowl of pasta and veggies
2 PB & Jelly sandwiches
2 fat-free yogurts
4 pieces of pollock
1 cup trail mix
a couple glasses of 2% milk/orange juice

brings me just over 4000 calories
goals: keep getting bigger and stronger

Meal 3

Chinese/Japanese Buffet

10 pieces of salmon nigirizushi (about 6-8oz of salmon)
1 plate full of tuna sashimi (about 6 oz)
1 entire trough full of watermelon

The owner, just stared at me standing in the corner. “You cost me money!” he tells me laughing as he leaves me the bill. lol

We used to go to buffets after leg and chest day just so we could get that response.

When the cook takes his hat off and comes out to see who the hell is eating all of this, you know you’ve won.
haha, its funny you guys say that, my dad and his 2 brothers, 6’2" - 6’4" - 6’6" from 230 to 280lbs went to an all you can eat buffet a few years ago and decided to make sport of eating a lot and stacked the plates, when they were about 40 plates in the manager asked them to leave because they had “eaten too much” haha, i guess “all you can eat” is only for the average eater…

Shoot a group of buddies and I were banned. Back in the day, I did a road trip with my old crew to Vegas and we basically lifted heavy ass weights, fucked shit up, and got laid as many times as possible and one day after our “meet” (I cleared 405 on the DL from the ground on that day as well as taking 2g of caffeine) we cruised on over to a Hometown Buffet and we literally ate so much the manager asked us to pay our bill, leave, and never to return during our stay in the city of Las Vegas. I remember walking up to the guy carving the sirlion roast and telling him if he could go and check for us if the baked fish was coming.

As soon as he went into the kitchen I grabbed the entire roast and put on my plate and ran away. My other buddy basically emptied the entire tray of baked fish and grilled chicken breasts on his plate. Big John ate the entire tray of baked yams and half a ham. Little “Big” John ate the entire rack full of cookies and drank over a gallon of chocolate milk. I’m not talking about 10-12 cookies. He ate 24-36 cookies. He ate the whole fucking thing. He put us all to shame. He’s one lean bastard and was our token pretty ab boy. We cost that place money to feed us for damn sure

SSC, how are you tracking your kcals and macros? I’m gonna be starting that tomorrow to see if I’m eating enough. Something tells me that I’m not, based on what I’m seeing in this thread.

Well, I just make sure that I find the labels for all my food, or if they don’t have them, (like a lot of meat products,) I’ll look up certain serving sizes and their caloric and nutrional value, and then break it down into 1 oz measures. I then keep a catalogue and food journal in the same document on my Microsoft Word, so when I have some chicken, I just go to whatever my chicken breakdown per oz is, copy and paste it, and then adjust my numbers from there.

There’s probably a more efficient way of doing things, but it works for me.
Well I use Fitday, it has the nutritional value of most foods already in there, and you can add your own food too.

ya just gotta wake up and pack all your meals for the day in a cooler

Fuck that clean shit, I’m back. No work, straight eatin’ and lifting today!

7 eggs, 32oz whole milk, Rockstar (after eating and drinking milk)
4 amino acid pills, 32 oz milk
1 double jumbo cheeseburger, 1lb fries, 24oz Dr. Pepper
5 amino acid pills
banana, kool-aid and rockstar pre-workout
1 corn-dog, 1lb of fries, 24oz Dr. Pepper, 4 liver pills

Then before bed I’ll have a glass of milk with protein pills and vitamins. By the way, I never list it, but I try to get in at least 2 liters of water a day.

After watching the fat lady in the news article I posted in the “Get a life” forum, I downed two cans of CHOP CHOP chicken for lunch!!

500calories, 64g protein,

Thank you very much…she inspired me to each more so that I can be at 10% body fat and have to claim 2 SEATS ON AN AIRPLANE like fat people can.

That was a pretty funny link. “Studies indicate that college students would rather date someone who is a drug user or an embezzler than someone they consider fat.”
I though about that for a second. Eh, yea I agree.

On a side note, I gave the walnut oil a try today and liked it. I think it’ll be a daily addition to my diet.

just now:

cup of egg whites with 3 slices of American cheese and about 100g of ground beef
.5 cups of oatmeal with peanut butter and a banana mixed in

oh wait I just had:

a banana
some Natural Peanut Butter
16oz milk
