Just now. Chicken meal with oats
10oz chicken breast
1 cup oats with peanut butter
1 orange
ahhh, Oats with peanut butter? What’s that like? I just can’t imagine it…wouldn’t it just stick to your mouth and get in all your teeth?
It clumps together and tastes like oatmeal peanut butter cookies. I throw my cup of oats in a tupperware, pour in about 1.5 cups of water, top it with 2-3 tablespoons of natty peanut, almond, or brazil nut butter on top, throw it in the microwave for 1 minute and when it comes out you just stir it all together and it tastes great, IMO. I sprinkle 2 packets of Splenda on top and call that badboy good.

I did exactly the same thing for dinner last night, but added in a scoop of chocolate protein powder. Now that’s fine dinin’.

That’s like the first decent diet I’ve seen on here, lol. That’s about the same as I eat, though smaller portions. Not from lack of interest though, I could easily down that in a day. haha
How do you eat your oats? I’ll do maybe 6 eggs, 1 cup oats with skim milk and blueberries. Starts my day off nicely
I’m just a guy trying to get big and strong and as such I am always open to suggestions. If you’re going to criticize at least offer something constructive that I/we can take out of it.
I was curious about the statement of “decent diet” as well. What do you mean, Mr. Purple? I haven’t seen anything over-the-top or too ridiculous, really.
Except maybe Short Hoss, but he owns up to it. :)
Oh, my apologies. I wasn’t critisizing anyone, it’s just that I’ve seen some of the diets the pro’s claim to be eating, and it’s always eggwhites and whatnot (that they claim). It was just my way of saying “I like it.” Most peoples diets strike me as too small, because I have one hell of an apetite

dude, one time I bought some whey from some unknown company…and it tasted like trash bag juice…it was like a one time thing too, as I bought from them before and it usually tasted decent…I asked the customer service people about it, and they were like “Our whey has a natural sweet dairy taste”…I was thinking in my head “No, this whey tastes like dumpster mist”…It was terrible…
Anyway… Way you can you buy some mac nut oil from Amazon.com, although, you end up paying like $20 for a bottle with shipping, and I’m sure you will go through it pretty quick…
I never seen it in stores either…Maybe at a health food place…
i bought some coconut oii before too, but it wasn’t really oil…it was in solid state…I had to carve it out of the jar with a spoon at first…eventually it meleted a bit as it got hotter around here…

lololololol @ trash bag juice. Laughing MY ASS OFF @ Dumpster mist!!!
That’s a scream
Fo realz tho, get yerself some Grow! It’s yummy. I don’t think it will remind you of anything associated with hot garbage

Ha, no biggie man. I was just going to say… I wouldn’t know how much ‘cleaner’ I could get in my diet!
Dinner
1 can black beans
8oz. steak
1 tbspn EVOO
1 tbspn maple syrup
1 cup spinach
… wat do u put the maple syrup on?. or r u doing it like the evoo? reminds me of super troopers. “when the boys get that syrup in them they get all antsy in their pantsy”
Haha funny movie there.
I simmer the beans, spinnach (chopped), and maple syrup for a while, then add the steak later, and the EVOO at the end. It only adds about 50 kcal but it makes it taste good as hell.
1 hour Pre Workout
2 peanut butter sandwiches
3 scoops protein powder
150g yoghurt
200mL Trim milk
immediately pre 100mL OJ
post workout
Butter Chicken pie (me spoiling myself for good session, 28g PRO, 20g FAT, 110g CHO)
Powerade
bit later
2 fish oil tabs
banana
about to make homemade burgers for dinner, yum yum
Lean Beef Mince
Onion
Mushroom
Garlic
Breadcrumbs
Feta Cheese (and all that will just be for the patties)
Have another shake later on tonight…big eating day, big weekend of training
I had a typical weekend of eating. Basically the same as I’v posted the last couple of days. Friday was my 5 yr anniversary and my wife are going to hit up some Mexican food and a movie tonight. I do not plan to hold back, so this is probably going to count as two cheat meals.

SSC, how are you tracking your kcals and macros? I’m gonna be starting that tomorrow to see if I’m eating enough. Something tells me that I’m not, based on what I’m seeing in this thread.
And if anyone’s looking for a solid nighttime snack, try out (mixed together):
-1/2 cup cottage cheese
-1/2 cup yogurt (I use Greek yogurt)
-1 scoop casein protein (Metabolic Drive)
-2 tbsp peanut butter
You can play around with the ratios to taste. You can also throw in some Jello powder (butterscotch is good) or nuts for added flavor/texture.

Well, I just make sure that I find the labels for all my food, or if they don’t have them, (like a lot of meat products,) I’ll look up certain serving sizes and their caloric and nutrional value, and then break it down into 1 oz measures. I then keep a catalogue and food journal in the same document on my Microsoft Word, so when I have some chicken, I just go to whatever my chicken breakdown per oz is, copy and paste it, and then adjust my numbers from there.
There’s probably a more efficient way of doing things, but it works for me.
