I’ll bet Ronnie drinks milk.

am i a fool to think i can take in over 5000 calories a day with NO dairy, no milk, no cheese, and no protein powder?

all taht shit gives me acne, and that makes me depressed and a shut in so there is no way im doing it

5:30 4 whole eggs with ketchup
8:30 apple and half a cup mixed nuts
11:00 1/2 lb roast beef whole wheat sandwich
1:30 Cookie dough Metabolic Drive bar
4:00 same as above
5:30 same as above
7:30 big ribeye and salad with 2 coors light

Typical workday at the hospital, days off I will eat at least 2 more lge ham, turkey or roast beef sandwiches

What other animal eats eggs?, what other animal drinks protein shakes? …wtf is your point?

My point is its great to get big but eating what your body is suppose to eat is ideal. Why take in extra junk? I could keep arguing but it wont do any good. I know top bodybuilding trainers like chad Nichols who writes Ronnie’s diet out is against milk.

milk is junk? We as human weren’t meant to do a lot of things. The great thing about the human body is that it adapts quite nicely to the demands put on it.

Breakfast:
Cheerios - Half a cup of milk/Cheerios
1 Cup of Milk
1 1/2 cups of egg salad.

Snack:
Flax Seeds
Milk

Lunch:
Sandwich
Fruits (usually Bananas, Apples or Grapes)

Snack:
Flax Seeds
1 cup of egg slad

Dinner:
Milk
Salad + Chicken (Approx. I dunno exact portions my mom puts in)

Pre-Bed:
1 cup of cottage cheese
Milk
A bit of turkey

Personally, I like my diet, I’m about 204 pounds

2 scoops whey
4 cups water
1 cup milk
2 tbs walnut oil (this stuff is the shit, a recommendation for Waylandah as he too is doing something similar)
1 shit ton of ice
1 cup of oats

Blend and enjoy. It tastes literally like chocolate walnut cookies. NO BULLSHIT, its that good[/quote]

needs more milk and less water, I like my shakes thick. Walnut oil is nice though.

Hey I know how you feel with the old “fire taint.”
I found I can’t consume much more than 1,000 kcal in a meal without having noxious gas and my asshole on fire for hours.
I took some enzymes for a while and it worked wonders.

1 cup oatmeal
1 scoop protein power
3 eggs

8 oz ground beef
potatoes

training

60g protein shake

steak
potatoes

chicken breast
potatoes

double quaterpounder

chicken breast
1/2 potato
yogurt…randomness

that’s pretty much how i eat on a training day…really the only thing I’m aiming for is 50g of protein per meal…and then i have the 60g pwo…

sharp4850 - ya bro i was puttin out toxic stuff no one ever smelled before. mixture of brocolli, eggs and tuna makes for some serious polution

What digestive enzymes do you guys recommend? I can’t figure out the rhyme or reason of why despite eating pretty much the same thing day in day out somedays I have just atrocious gas (like right now) versus others when there is absolutely no problem.
