Eat to Live, Eat to be Big

Breakfast- 4 jumbo eggs with bell peppers, mushrooms and mozzerella, 1/2 cup grits, 2 pieces ww toast

Shake- 1 scoop whey, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana, big ass spoonfull of natty pb

lunch- usually either half a rotisserie chicken or large steak, 1/2 cup rice, shit ton of veggies

Shake- same

dinner- whatever my girl or I cooks, which is a large portion of protein, some kind of startch and a shit ton of veggies. Sometimes we go out and it’s pretty similar or burgers or pizza or something.

Sometimes before bed I do a pb and banana sandwich on ww with a big ass glass of milk.

On workout days I add powdered gatorade and a scoop of whey immediately after I lift.
I’m glad to hear someone else use the term “shit ton”. I love it…

Also happy to see another large(r) dude utilize the same poor mans PWO shake as me.

yesterdays PWO meal:

(2) 5-piece nuggets
1/4lb cheeseburger
large french fry

from wendy’s
—don’t worry i drank some gatorade w/ leucine in it to increase the anabolic nature of the meal.

it was glorious.

typically is a big protein shake and an even larger ham/cheese omlette.

Here’s my diet for the time being, will be introducing more milk shortly.

1: 8 whole eggs, 2 cups oats
2: 3 scoops whey, 1 cup oats, 3 tbsp EVOO, water (shake
3: 2 chicken breasts 1 cup oats
4: (Pre workout) 3 scoops waxy maize+4 scoops whey in water
5: (post workout) ditto #4
6: 1.5 lbs ground beef +bowl of spinach leaves
7: Same shake as #2
8: 2 chicken breasts + bowl of spinach leaves

Then I eat natural PB and drink milk until I fall asleep lol. (inability to promptly fall asleep is my nemesis)
You know minus the oats, that’s pretty much my diet except I’m 195lbs…

That’s like the first decent diet I’ve seen on here, lol. That’s about the same as I eat, though smaller portions. Not from lack of interest though, I could easily down that in a day. haha

How do you eat your oats? I’ll do maybe 6 eggs, 1 cup oats with skim milk and blueberries. Starts my day off nicely

I’m just a guy trying to get big and strong and as such I am always open to suggestions. If you’re going to criticize at least offer something constructive that I/we can take out of it.

I was curious about the statement of “decent diet” as well. What do you mean, Mr. Purple? I haven’t seen anything over-the-top or too ridiculous, really.

Except maybe Short Hoss, but he owns up to it.

this is what i had so far(keep in mind i’m trying to lose fat)…I need to eat 3 more meals…I’m low carbing those up though…

3 eggs
1.5 cup oats
1 scoop protein(30g)

2 potatoes
8-10oz chicken breast

training

pwo -
2 scoops ion exchange whey isolate(baller shit)
1 cup oats

Then, 3 more meals…

For the low carb meals, i just do 8-10oz piece of meat with spinach or broccoli…and sometimes a shake with 1tbsp olive oil…

3: 6 eggs + 1-2oz cheese + 3cups oatmeal + 1 scoop Whey
4: 1lb deer burger (all i had) + 1 sweet potato + 2 cups veggies
5: 2 scoops whey + 2 tbsp PB
6: either 2 bnls chkn thigh or 1lb burger + 2 cups veggies + ww pasta/sweet potato/brown rice + 1/4 gal milk

dude, one time I bought some whey from some unknown company…and it tasted like trash bag juice…it was like a one time thing too, as I bought from them before and it usually tasted decent…I asked the customer service people about it, and they were like “Our whey has a natural sweet dairy taste”…I was thinking in my head “No, this whey tastes like dumpster mist”…It was terrible…

Anyway… Way you can you buy some mac nut oil from Amazon.com, although, you end up paying like $20 for a bottle with shipping, and I’m sure you will go through it pretty quick…

I never seen it in stores either…Maybe at a health food place…

i bought some coconut oii before too, but it wasn’t really oil…it was in solid state…I had to carve it out of the jar with a spoon at first…eventually it meleted a bit as it got hotter around here…
rofl dumpster mist, sweet mental image right thur.

Ok well then fuck mac nut oil, no way I’m paying 20 bucks for that hah

Honestly my favorite way to make oats is to put them in a bowl of vanilla soy milk then microwave it. It tastes soooo good it’s incredible. Nowadays though I just put them in 2% milk, and yah if I had blueberries they would certainly be thrown in there.

hahaha well I mean most of those oats are made with a few cups of 2% milk so when it’s all said and done that’s probably an extra 1500 cals or so that the oats provide.

oh to be honest i was being an ass. its mostly a question of semantics, your post is just confusing and contradictory.

you say that people UNDERESTIMATE the power of protein. but then you say it will give a “smoother” (ie fatter) physique. this is hardly a benefit now is it? also, you then effectively say that carbs and protein are the same. again this probably wasnt your intention, but the whole post is just very muddled. Finally, 100g of neither protein nor carbs is gonna make anyone “bloat” at all.

dude i could honestly write a whole goddamn thread about the wire lol! in fact maybe i will cos i dont think theres been one but dunno if it’d be popular.

to keep it short lol. when i first watched the show, i always liked stringer cos i felt he was a man who was trying to live a good life and escape his circumstances for something better. but when i watched it all again, the purity of avon and marlo’s view of their life really appealed also (in the sense that they accepted who they were perhaps more than string.) anyway stringer was the first name that popped into my head lol so thats why not marlo.
