My program to do it easily is to eat 2/3 portion of your normal meals for three days and then one day at your normal portion size. Just eyeball the portion sizes but be consistent and honest about it.

Continue this rotation until have lost the weight. Keep in mind that once your in a calorie defect you are going to loose some “water weight.” Make sure to take into account that you will gain that weight back once you bring the calories back to maintenance.

I have used this approach three times to loose about ten pounds in two months or so. Keep lifting weights at a high intensity and make sure you are at a maintenance level calories when you begin otherwise 2/3 portion sizes may not get you to a good calorie deficit.

Need some stats… you a 100 pound woman or a 300 pound man? Ever touched a weight? Current diet?

meth

whats with all the bogus answer most of them aren’t even funny. Look up the velocity diet for a good way to loose weight fast.

Ditto vladsmicer.

More info on yourself and your goals is needed for someone to truly help.

Move to France.

Try amputation, liposuction or Tabata.

-eat 6 meals per day (every 2-3hrs)
-4-6oz of protein per sitting
-1 green with every meal
-30g fish oil per day
-take BCAA’s
-take E/C/A if you don’t have a heart condition

have oatmeal for breakfast, a turkey sandwich for lunch, and chicken for dinner. and have some salad/veggies without any dressing only a little oil and vinegar if anything(although oil has a lot of calories). if u need to snack, have fruit, but limit that as well since all its calories are carbs.

you don’t have to starve yourself, but just make smart choices. carbs should only come from veggies, whole grains, and fruits and protein should be from lean meat. sounds boring i know, but this is a good example of a low-calorie diet. for exercise, i recommend playing sports if possible. a pick up game of basketball can burn 1000 calories.

Take a shit, pop 2 HOT-ROX Extremes, then get on a treadmill for 4 hours @ 7-8mph with sweats on or a garbage sack.

4-6 OUNCES of protein per sitting? So you’re saying he should eat anywhere from 112-168grams of protein 6 times a day? Yeahh… I’d say try and get anywhere from 30-50 grams of protein per sitting depending on your size.

ummm… 4-6 ounces of chicken is more like 36-54 grams of protein…

The person didn’t say 4-6 ounces of chicken. He said, “4-6oz of protein per sitting.” That’s a lot of protein.
