I agree with your 30-50 grams of protein per sitting as well. I was simply making a general statement. Obviously the number of grams will vary on your protein source.
just taking off ten pounds shouldnt be that hard…on the other hand taking ten pounds of pure body fat off is a mutha and drives me nuts sometimes myself but to just lose ten pounds on a scale. bang out the treadmill
