Hello, I have recently started working out a month ago. At the moment, I only have access to dumbbells. I would greatly appreciate a program to increase my dumbbell bench. I can currently bench the 65 dumbbells for 7 to 9 reps, and the 70 pound dumbbells from 4 to 7 reps. Thank you in advance for your time.
I would like to hit a 100 pound dumbbell press within the next four to five months
We need more info like height, weight, if you have access to incline and decline benches, and what your numbers for your legs are?
Extra incline increased my flat I always feel more successful with dumbbellsfor chest. Also suggest forearm raises for stronger wrists for them heavy dumbbells.
I am 18 yrs old, 5’10 and 205 pounds roughly 20 percent body fat
I have access to both an incline and decline bench and my goblet squat is 100 pounds for 8 to 10 reps
