I was using a plastic shopping bag for a while there. Limited room though…

Just carry more plastic bags ez. What’s the point of lifting if you can’t one trip everything.

Thx for that man. Il probably end up binge buying a whole bunch of shit besides straps and a belt lol. Im checking out underground elite and the other sites atm

How good are the 2 inch lifting straps vs regular uge straps

Dunno tbh. Bigger surface area so more friction so probably more secure once you got them on. Can’t speak to comfort and practicality because have never used. It’s probably better tho and for a few dollars may as well.

Every inch counts.

Loaded Lifting are pretty good. Avoid Harris. Their stuff is re-branded Ali Baba.

Front squat day (last week before training day restructure)

Leg curls john meadows

Front squat

Heavy Romanian deadlifts ( reintroducing barbell version) this is one of my favourite movements for posterior chain.
Bunch of warm-ups
70×6 super easy
Was feeling super strong on these
90×6 all time pr
90×6
70×10

My weight for these has been usually 70-80kg but iv never been able to do 90 . Pretty happy with that and will keep these in for a while and then when i stall switch back to db romanians.

Walking lunges 15kg per hand × lot
abductor machine 3×10

Since adding fromt squats to my routine iv started to feel more athletic and powerful, especially as strength levels go up. Also RDL works my lats and back to a high degree as well , i was considering doing some kind of row but no need to i dont think on front squat day .

Whoa there. Did they reject your sponsorship request or somethin lel?

No, just have used various bits of their stuff and it’s pretty shonky. Belts especially: brittle alloy levers, a good three mm of belt thickness made up of soft AF suede cover and the inside very poor quality, soft powdery leather. Sleeves go to shit quite quickly compared to Loaded Lifting, Eleiko, etc.

Was joking and was taking your word for it but thnx for the review. You’ve seemed to have shopped around quite a bit. Any chance of an SBD belt review?

I was looking at loaded lifting and looks good quality and decent pricing. What belt would you recommend?

Cleans haven’t done much of anything for my overhead pressing. Only thing I’ve seen a bit of carry over to has been stones. Another vote for push press/push jerks.

I haven’t used any SBD products at all, but I’ve only ever heard good things. The belts look sexy AF.

The Loaded Lifting belts seem good, I’ve seen at least one in the gym and had a feel and it appeared well made. I’d still shell out a bit more for an Inzer 10 mm single prong if I went with Loaded @duketheslaya

Mildly triggering. Not propah. Do you even IPF Approved?

@guineapig gonna have a mini guinea pig heart attack when he sees this.

Belt is pretty sexy tho but for $300 a pop it better have some anti gravity tech that adds 10kg to my squat (IPF approved of course).

Yeah, I can’t get over the price. Figure it’s hard to go wrong with Inzer Forever or Titan Brahma. I think I’d give Titan the edge, but only just.

You some uge salesman or what? How much they payin you lol

I think the real issue is the use of levers. Buckles are oldschool, oldschool is strong. get a buckle and be oldschool strong. It’s science @MarkKO C’mon buddy
