Incline bench 3×10 40kg upping weight next week
Seated kettlebell press 3×10 , man these lit up my delts and even with lightweight these were hard asf. Great for stability as well.
Rear delt bent over raises 3×10 5kg per hand
Facepulls 3×10
Tricep pressdowns
Bunch of decline sit-ups ; ive said it before but il say it again. This is my absolute fav abb exercise.
Boxing for conditioning
There is a pretty significant advantage to levers for strongman competitors. If you ever run into a medley that has front carries or tire flips mixed with yoke or farmers, you want to be able to get the belt off/on quickly. You can lose by a second in those events, and time fumbling with a buckle can REALLY suck

Old school buckle is the way to go. Cheap. Efficient. Beautiful.
It’s also quick to tighten and release when you learn it.

Yeah the strongman guys at my gym use lever belts, as they can put them on with the buckle to the side or back so they don’t interfere with log etc.
Makes sense for the quick changes too

If your gym has installed jerk boxes, do them from rolling-in style and push press up. It works wonders for the ego, the ease of overcoming the strength curve and the dopamine graduation effect.
