Well i kind of had some bad stuff happen today and i had a mental breakdown., i ended up not being able to sleep.
3 am monday morning i went to the gym because i thouggt it would help. It didnt .

I thought it was coming good Sunday but this morning it was a mongrel getting out of bed.
Damn! Well you deserve a rest anyway man so just relax for a bit!
This day really took a turn for the worse.
So i went to school and this kid in my class get throwing stuff at me, talking crap, being an asshole and at one stage he came over and yelled in my face. I repeatedly told him to leave me alone and **** off . He didnt listen. He kept talking smack and being a rude arrogant prick and continued throwing stuff so i went over to his desk and threw all his stuff everywhere. ( shouldn’t have retaliated i know) , anyway not sleeping for 24 hours i was extremely pissed off already… after i threw his stuff everywhere i went back to my desk sat down and he came ove and picked me up off my chair and threw me to the ground. This bloke is a maori /kiwi with double the bone structure of mine and well fuck he threw me like a ragdoll and i had no hope in getting up since i was pinned. Luckily people pulled him back and i didnt get beat up.
Prior to this he was pissing me off in another class and i was so tired i couldnt do my science work so i said can i take it home and do it after i sleep. I also told them i was going to get in a fight etc because i couldnt ignore people like i usually do and i wanted to go home to avoid anything like this and not get in trouble. so they called my aunt and she made me stay at school which led up to me being almost beat up. Now im fucking pissed. Im going to train 10× harder and do boxing as my conditioning now so next time i will throw this person into the ground not the other way around!
Good man. Try to fight as defence only otherwise you can get into a spot of bother.
I would seriously be more concerned about your sleeping issues. A growing teenager should be able to get 10+ hours sleep a night easily!
I wish i could sleep ten hours every night lol, but yeah i think i need a trip to the doctors. I just don’t want to take sleeping pills or anything
No I would never go to straight to sleeping pills. Or pills of any kind for that matter.
You can tell me if I’m out of line Duke, but do you have someone close that you can talk to about this crazy sort of stuff? It’s tough being a teen and having all your emotions and stresses placed on you, and we all know how much it can help your mental health if you can just talk to a close family member or friend.
I only ask because I went through some periods in late high school where I was holding a lot of my gfs stress (she had depression) and I also had my own worries. I had issues sleeping, I was getting acne, I felt overwhelmed at school and had to take days off every couple of weeks etc.
My mum called me out one day and we had a good talk. I than had a deep chat with my girl and after that I kept the communication up and felt so much better.
It might not seem like much but just having a talk with someone can really make a difference.
Couple of stories from old school days…
I was a very small teenager, both height and weight. I went to an extremely rough school. I knew how to fight, got and older brother and plenty of older cousins and we used to fight all the time plus I boxed. managed to stay out of trouble at school and people tended to leave me alone. My size would normally have made me a prime target but being good at sports gave me some immunity.
Until one day the hardest nut job in our year was messing around getting people in head locks, he was a big guy and had a real reputation in and out of school. The teacher left the class and dude was out to rough someone up, and this day he chose me. Don’t ask me how but I managed to slip his headlock and get him in one, so the smallest kid in the year had the toughest in a headlock and I was walking him around the class whilst he was begging me to let go. Yes it felt good I won’t lie.
But from that day I had to fight a lot more, he obviously wanted to regain some respect and others just wanted to prove themselves. So if it can be avoided I would not escalate the situation.
Next story…
I butted heads my entire school life with this lad, he was all mouth and it was no more than threats and the odd scuffle. I never did anything to cause problems with him but for some reason he just had it in for me, I always wondered why and it bothered me. He just vented his anger towards me.
Years past after we left school and I saw him on a night out. He came right over and I thought oh shit here goes. Then he apologised about his behaviour over the years and asked if I would forgive him, when I asked why he hated me so much it turned out his dad had left when he was young. I asked why me though? Turns out on the first day of school we had to talk in class about something important to us. I spoke about my dad.
I guess the point is, just because someone is giving you shit it does not mean anything is wrong with you or the way you behave. Don’t take it too personal, it’s probably a problem in there life they don’t know how to deal with.

Since we are doing stories about school fights sort I’ve got a few good ones. A kid sat in my chair at lunch then I threw him onto the floor in front of most of the school in the hall. Another cheeky cunt touched my bag in the first year of secondary and I threw him across a table for it. Nobody really messed with me after that.
I was hoping my stories got the message across that trying to prove to the aggressors that your not to be messed with could actually make matters much worse and starting a fight should be avoided.
I get the feeling your saying being an aggressor and throwing your weight around is cool?
Your point wasn’t missed on my end, but you gotta factor in that a lot of flowing testosterone and a developing mind make things a little tricky, haha.
Feel free to use it as motivation to train hard, but don’t fight. 99.9999% the better choice is to walk/run away. Never know if someone has a knife, will bring a knife later, or legal repercussions. Not worth it in the slightest.
