Not really anything i overhead press once per week and dumbell shoulder oress once per week, my overhead press has been going up and iv added 10kg in the last 1.5 months or so. Once it stalls, i will change what im doing…

To be honest, I’m addicted to squatting.
Two things that drove my press well initially were incline BB press and pull aparts. That got me to the 70 kg mark for three or so without doing any actual pressing training.
Wow, thats pretty darn good! , im now including incline smith bench press on Thursdays as an assistamce exercise for ohp and to build my upper chest so hopefully that builds my strength as well. Im also doing a pushup variation then il do dips once im proficient enough at push-ups.
I do band pull aparts pretty much every time i train and facepulls twice a week so they should help also.
Cool. The only thing I know for sure about pressing - for me at any rate - is that upper back is the main player. If I get that locked in and strong, the bar moves.
Just curious Mark what were your other lifts at the time when you hit 70 for 3 with no pressing.
Bench was around 130ish I think, DL 250ish and squat around 215 in sleeves

Training today meh shit had stuff all sleep. Im thinking about getting some zma and stuff because im very hyperactive and i tend to not be able to get to sleep quickly… resulting in 6 hours sleep some days😡

Grip is the weak factor in my rdl otherwise i could do alot more weight but meh. Farmer walks and dead hangs will fix that.
