My dad lives on a farm. The scenery is actually amazing and theres lots of hills which i scoped out for hill sprints tomorrow.

Todays workout:
I ran 1km uphill. That was intense!, i was going to do hill sprints but i wanted to enjoy the scenery some more. Im home now and i had a great weekend.

I did some dog research.
In the US, Australian Shepherds are a popular breed. They’re smart and good at frisbee. I figured everyone in Australia must have one.

But I learned they don’t have anything to do with Australia! The breed was developed in the US West/Frontier. Its more like a collie than a cattle dog.
I’d never heard of a Kelpie, but I’ve seen one around. I thought it was some kind of skinny red German shepherd. I didn’t know about Red Heelers either. They look pretty cool.

Under on calories and stuff but meh, i treated myself with salmon today instead of chicken, so that dropped calories alot but its all good il be fine.

Training, ithinkfor me i do better on training a lif once per week. Iv seen some good sttentgh gains on bench, ohp and romanian deadlifts by only doing them once per week but im currently squatting twice a week. Il remove the squatting from my posterior chain dominant day.
