Anyway my new years resolutions

-Mend relationships with certain family members

  • Do good in year 11
  • Bodyweight ohp
    -200kg deadlift
    -put on mass and lose some fat
  • stay in touch with mates
  • build a home strongman gym
    -improveconditioning
  • Fix chicken legs and chicken arms
    -fix muscle imbalances and get a really swole back like Dr deadlift

Found out i May not be going to boarding school for certain because i’ve convinced dad to not force me to go but we’ll see.

Anyone know some good keg exercises? My dad has an old keg. I can fill it with sand etc.

Hug it and carry it for time - say 15 minutes, try to get as far as possible.

Then carry it back.

Or you could grab it by the rim and carry it that way

Or combine both: carry it grabbing by the rim for max distance in 15 minutes, turn around and carry it back by hugging it

Apart from that, clean and presses are a good exercise is they are safe to do with the keg (you don’t want to get your head smashed)

Thanks man will look into these. I’m going to be training with bodyweight exercises, rocks, keg, some adjustable dumbells i found at a tip and plates and being creative and making some stuff for now.
