For those of you who have a dragging sled, I’ve got a question. Is the sled made out of steel or aluminum? I want to start making one in the next week or so and dont wanna spend 175(with shipping) bucks on one. Thanks for your help.

Steel. Find a welder and it should only cost like $40-60.
You can also use a tire.
Screw a strong peice of wood into the tire and there is your sled.
You can more weight by filling the tire with rocks or sand bags.

I attached a pipe that fits olympic plates to a piece of plywood.

I thought about the plywood, but I’m an engineer and well I’ve got to be a geek sometimes and design something and then build…I know I know
