Bro thats a good advice, thank you man!
Any time buddy.
Just another inside joke from the site. It was trendy a few years ago for people to worry about their āLong femursā for some reason. Now collar bones seem to be the genetic deficiency de jour.
Eat and lift. You put meat on your chest and no one will see your collar bones.
Interesting side note, I broke my right clavicle about 15 years ago. While looking at the x-ray the Ortho said he knew I worked manual labor. When I asked how he knew that he explained how collar bones in manual labor workers are almost always thicker especially toward the sternum. He said because of that they tend to break cleanly near the middle. People that have less physically demanding jobs tended to have thinner clavicles with a somewhat even diameter which often resulted in multiple fractures. Iād be willing to bet years of lifting would have a similar effect as a manual labor job, but thatās just how he phrased it.
Long story short, your body is an adaptive machine. It will respond to the stimulus itās given, which includes growing muscle and bone.
The piezoelectric effect I mentioned above is real. Thats the mechanism by which the bones are strengthened, and why weight trainees and people with athletic history & manual labor have greater bone density.
They are trolls.
Im developing brain rot from this thread.
After revisiting this thread. TWO things occurred to me.

Your what ? Maybe 15 or 16 with years of growth ahead of you.

Your last worry shouldnāt be clavicle length. You can see your ribs through your pecs. May i suggest a cheeseburger.
You havent reached physical maturity yet and your underfed.
Imagine hoe tragic it would be if you stretched your clavicles so far your shoulders were really wide. But then pecs pulled apart and you Never got any inner chest development.
