My pre-TRT numbers as a 27 year old at ~20%BF and 14 years of training:
TT 329 (241-827)
fT 9.23 (9.3-26.5)
So I went on TRT, and felt much better afterwards. I now take 105mg/wk and have done exactly one failed 8-week blast, of which the before/after pictures are nearly identical. If that’s too “enhanced” for you, then IDK what to tell you.
Pretty dickish response dude. This seems to be a recurring theme for you lately - when’s the last time you touched grass?
I suggest you walk away @Andrewgen_Receptors . He’s got a point about the premise but he’s using a very low class demeanor to prove it. Basically stooping to a lower level to prove a higher point. It makes no sense. I was trying to have a legitimate conversation, but then he also took a personal dig at me to which I honestly care not. The thread has gone down in flames. Let it burn man.
On the bright side I have another member to add to my small list on the ignore option in personal settings. It is what it is.
In the interest of reducing the misinformation spewing from your rabid foam-covered lips…
I have always been more than willing to help those who want it. I’ve done so for many people whom actually know me - some of which have gone as far as thanking me for motivating them to make the changes.
Here’s one story I posted about before:
I had another coworker turned friend who reached out to me maybe 3 weeks ago and thanked me for helping him lose almost 40lbs. He said “you motivated me to make the change”.
I had another coworker whose down almost 30lbs after following my generalized nutritional advice.
And another coworker whose down about 20lbs after I gave him some pointers on lifting and nutrition.
Thats just the ones who wanted to lose weight and followed up with me afterwards. Those guys point everyone towards me when gym/diet stuff comes up… literal strangers approaching me and asking stuff like this, and i’m always happy to help. (Why do they point people to me? Because I tell them I am passionate about this stuff and I tell them I’ll always happily help those who want it.)
Not to mention the countless hours and responses I’ve put out there for folks asking nutritional/lifting advice on this very forum (and four others) or the folks who have asked me to be their trainer - whom I currently train.
Call me what you like, but a bully - I am not.
You can respond to this as many times as you want, I don’t care. I just don’t want your little meltdown here to have an impact that leads others to not seek out my help.
Maybe? Probably? IDK. It seemed fitting to describe someone whose angrily commented 3 times to a post saying “have a nice day”, then goes as far as to claim I have some jesus complex. People who act like that, I imagine, don’t often touch grass.
Only when they make it everyone else’s problem. Like flopping over plane seats, telling loud and annoying “bad luck” metabolism stories before eating a trick salad at lunch, running up insurance costs, breathing heavily in elevators… Then they annoy me a lot.
Former fat guy here (though not obese), and I mostly feel bad for fat people when I see them now. They really don’t know how much better they’d feel if they lost the extra lbs. They don’t realize how much of their “natural aging” is actually just a result of fat gain. And they have no clue how simple it is to lose the weight (as in not complex, it’s still hard).
I only get pissed off when it comes to myself though. For all the the reasons above, but I hate that I figured this out in my 30s and actually spent most of my 20s overweight.
This is the type of eating I did my first year out of college working full time. I gained around 30lbs in that year, and it was worse when you factor in the muscle I lost since I’d all but stopped going to the gym. I wonder if he is stress eating. I know I was.
I don’t see the issue personally. Andrewgen was fat, took steps to mitigate and now is not only not fat, but in great shape. He is annoyed by people who won’t make the change. What’s the problem?
Test and peptides? We realize what website we are on? And I know you remember the OG vibe.
Where is the line? OTC fat burners? Lapband surgery? HIIT cardio instead of LISS?
I don’t see a problem but clearly other members do. I prefer harmony in the community, I guess that’s what’s I was referring to.
I also don’t understand why guys like @tearload or @hankthetank89 get the ban or mute when people carry on with rhetoric like this….
There’s another thread titled “Where has everybody gone?” . Here’s your answer. I like Tnation because generally it’s civil versus other forums. Insults are usually at worst witty banter or digs. Maybe one of the mods could explain it better before more members bail.
