DIY GHRD

so guys…any one ever build a DIY GHRD??? something like you find in a gym??? because natural GHR is too difficutl???

Do natural eccentrics/pushed off to start until you can do full ghrs. If you can’t even control an eccentric you must weigh… lots. (but lots of the top PLers can do them even at stupid high weights… so it is possible)

use a bosu ball. its still harder than a grhd but its easier than natural ghr imo

i think a mix btwn Glute-Ham Raise and Glute-Ham Developer

If you do everything in the vid, youll either fail at 4 - 6 reps or 10 - 15 +. It is all about messing around with knee positioning on the exercise ball. I have done this and when it works, it works.
