Last night I dislocated my shoulder. Does anyone have any experience with this? I’m not going to rush back before it’s ready, but any ideas as to how long I’ll be out? My plan is to clean up my diet in the downtime. Also, what supps if any will help minimize muscle loss during this time? Any thoughts/suggestions or links to articles are appreciated.
BCAA’s are usually recommended to retain muscle. Can speak on how well they work tho!
I dislocated my shoulder 15 times. If you do it 2 or 3 more times I;d give serious consideration to surgery, it’s the only thing that worked for me.
I was out for 6 weeks with the first one, then like 4 weeks for the ones after. PM with any questions.
