A while back I recall reading you talking about all-fruit or high fruit refeeds. I am still slightly confused about the idea of fruit ingestion and muscle glycogen replenishment. could you possibly shed some light on this? I am currently doing the AD diet and would like to try an all-fruit refeed. Would this work?

I have a strange question. I’ve been strength training for awhile. Now I’m taking a new job, for one year, literally, in the middle of nowhere. No freeweights for miles. I can try and strength train with makeshift strongman techniques, resistance bands, bodyweight movements, etc.
My question for you is, if you were in my situation, what supplements would you take to minimize muscle loss? Protein is obvious, perhaps BCAAs? I thought I would consult your expertise.
