I’ve thrown in a lot rear delt work lately, but I suspect I have imbalance issues. How does one diagnose this, and would being able to feel bone in the back / top of the shoulder and not in the front be a sign or is that just the way the shoulder is built? (feeling the back of my delts I’m rubbing bone, front is fairly packed).
Are you saying you can feel your clavicle? Because that’s normal.
I’m talking about the actual deltoid/shoulder muscle, when I touch the front delt I feel muscle, when I touch my rear delt there seems to be mostly bone. Is this normal or due to a lack of rear delt development?
