Collar Bone Pain.

Didnt know where to put this, but I suppose people reading the bodybuilding forum know a thing or two about muscular balance.

Ok, so my bench has been going up alot and I noticed my shoulders rounding fward quite a bit. I have also noticed my left pec tie in is some what sore and my collar bone is hurting right up by my front delts.

This is because of under developed back and rear delts correct?

Question is, does this sound balanced.

1 set pulldown or chinup for every overhead press set.
2 sets Row for every flat bench set.
1 set face pulls for every set that involves front delt work.

Light pec streching after any chest work.

Also will getting this balanced out pack some more weight on my bench?

I dont know about the pain, but the program guidelines look pretty balanced. And yes, it should help your bench some. The lats are involved in benching more than you would think.

N3wb, or should I say Uber N3wb. I watched your progress for a while. You definitely don’t have a lack of effort. Dare I say lay off the bench (unless you have a competition coming up) for a couple of weeks? I guess just make sure that you work your back with even more effort than you give your chest (which is a lot I’m sure).
