Hey Jim, I finally got a foam roller and a lax ball so I can do the agile 8 and I found out DeFranco “upgraded” it to the “limber 11”. Would you still recommend doing the agile 8 or should I do the limber 11? What are your thoughts about it and did you start using it yourself?
I find the limber 11 a significant upgrade to the agile 8. Try it, see how it feels for you.
Do the stretching program that you can commit to. The only one that works is the one that you do with consistency and effort.
