I’ll be sure to give that a try as soon as I get my oly set.
That’s a PI right there, no?

Is it just me or does it look like the bar is resting on his quads? Even so to pick up that much weight like that, impressive.

When you lock out a deadlift, the bar does tend to “rest” on your thighs. How do you deadlift, mate!?
It’s only possible to DL like that if you wear those specially designed “Dead Lifting Shorts”.
Unfortunatly the blue prints were destroyed during a police raid to confiscate all the protein powder, aka “Steriods”.
Are the plates facing out so he can grip the lip around the edge?
It’s just like snatch grip DL except with a funny grip. Try towel DL’s witha wide grip, it’s cool.
Another fun one that’s like this is just grab your 45 plates on the rims and farmers walk them. Man does that ever tax your fingers/grip after 200m.

I guess I never realized it but it does “rest” on my quads. What I was saying is it looks like he’s holding it up with his quads. It’s probably just the hand position that makes it look like that though.
Damn that is impressive… I’ve tried that with 135 lbs on the bar and yep, it hurts… awkward as hell but does wonders for your grip strength ![]()
His traps must kill…
To add to what real peanut butter says about farmers walks… try cleaning & pressing using ONLY plates instead of DBs on bicep/forearm hammer curls. Ouch.
how do we know the ends of the bar aren’t on blocks and he’s just standing there in a lat spread? The DL Diaper is cool though:)

Better yet, try C&P using ONLY plates with peanut butter ON the plates and let the fun begin!

Real or fake? If so, then wow!
Assuming each of the girls weighs 100-120 pounds and the whatever they’re sitting on weighs 20 pounds, that’s a possible 500 pounds, give or take.

plus he had to clean and jerk them. wow
his calves look great
no way the girls could stay on for the clean and press… i would think they had to have gotten on via ladders, probably the middle two at the same time followed by the outside two at the same time which would be hard enough as it is… i would say fake but who knows some people have lots of time on their hands to do weird shit, or are willing to pay for it (was this once used as an advertisement?)
wicked dl pic
hey butter,my grip is pretty shot after 15 mins with a 70lb db,how would a 45lb plate for 200 meters compare to that?hurt more since their is less to hold?
