Google ‘exertional headache’ and see what you think.

Yeah I did already I hope it passes I’m taking a day or so off and start again hope it goes away thanks for ur reply

Check your form. Do you look up when you deadlift? Yeah most people do and will coach you to do so as well, but actually that’s a no-no. Keep neutral spine. The reason is that your neck should not be training to think it will assist with any lift. Your head should just go along for the ride. A lot of people get neck pain or even injuries (cervical spine) because they try to do the lift with the neck too. Then check if you are using your head to push into the bench on your inclines.

Again, this is trying to use the neck as a stabilizer which it really can’t do. (FWIW I do martial arts too and a lot of people who do floor fighting are trained to use their heads for bridges and such and I have seen no end to similar cervical issue on this account, so whenever anyone tells me they have headaches or neck pain from exercises where the neck is not involved, I look to see if they are using their head for things it doesn’t do.)

Mebbe this helps… If not, there it is.
